Rohn Rigby's Online Review Report Card

I switched to Dr. Rigby after Sheryl Bingham switched specialties. I was hesitant at first but I’m glad I decided to continue care with him. He has been great at helping me stay on track and continue with my goals. I appreciate that he doesn’t think my little obstacles are silly but he will actually help me navigate through them. Would recommend to anyone who needs some support with weight loss

I am tired of being sick, fat, having poor energy level, poor health, poor body self esteem and spending money on miracle cures and magic diets that never assisted me with anything. NP Rachel has been an amazing listener , a in depth thinker of what is the best option for me and has provided me with the diagnosis i have always suspected to have since no matter what I tried I would not lose weight and if I even lost any weight I would gain it so fast right back again. I literally will be hungry all the time every day 24/7 and no matter what I tried I would just still go to bed hungry lately starving myself about gaining weight. I actually love to cook and have my own garden with vegetables and plants so I cook healthier foods than most people do because I was lucky to have my Italian Grandma teach me how to cook. I have been watching my weight go up and up and UP thru the years no matter what i tried and now FINALLY!!! Thanks to Dr. Rigby and Rachel treating me i have already lost over 10% of my weight!! I have lost 20 pounds i have gained since having COVID which on top of it all messed me up worst than i already was. When Dr. Rigby first ordered 20!!! Different blood tests I was shocked he was that through checking for things my own PCP neglected to check and lacked the knowledge to treat. I know that I'm going to be on some of the medications prescribed me for the rest of my life but I also know that as I continue to lose weight I will regain some of the health and some of the energy levels I used to have so I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Rachel actually! Thanks Farxiga and thanks Mounjaro medications for getting me where i need to be to feel confident again

Dr. Rigby was great in person. However, he ordered a ton of blood work, and even though the website says that he will schedule a follow-up with you in two weeks to review the blood work, I was told that they were behind and very busy training new staff because there was a turn around in the office, so schedule for a month out. I was schedule 5 weeks out, but went to review my blood work results through the patient portal. 7 of my 10 lab reports showed abnormal findings, let I received no phone call from the office to come in sooner, and no phone call to discuss some of these somewhat serious findings on the lab. I will not go back to a client who does not care to call me when lab results contain information that needs to be addressed urgently. I sent the lab report to my primary care provider, and she told me that she wanted to see me immediately. I am now on two different medications to remedy two of the issues, and another issue is being closely monitored.

I’ve struggled with my weight my whole adult life. It was always on my mind. I knew I wanted to make a change and would need help so I reached out to Dr. Rigby. With his help and support I have lost 50 pounds so far. He has taken his time and answered all questions and concerns I have had and has been very encouraging during this process.

My scheduled appointments have been changed on multiple occasions, “BY OGDEN CLINIC” thru calls and texts stating they would like me to do a phone appointment instead of a in-clinic appt. As stated by them that they did not have enough rooms available as they have new physicians. Then on one occasion I called and told them on my way to clinic that I had cold symptoms if I was going to run into any issues. ‘”THEY” said do not come in. You have to reschedule. If they record calls they can confirm and I have all my correspondence of all the times they changed my appointments. Then they have the nerve to call me and tell me I have no showed too many times. What in the world? I would never go back even if it was a free visit. DO NOT GO TO OGDEN CLINIC. Horrible patient customer care!! And I will make sure everyone will know what a horrible place this is. I work in the medical field myself and my word of mouth will be truthful.

Dr. Rigby is, and always has been a knowledgeable, caring, and professional physician. He listened to my medical needs, and promptly replied with an agreeable remedy. I highly recommend Dr. Rigby, and his friendly caring staff members too.

I felt that Dr Rigby understood me and we agreed on a plan that will help me reach my goals!

The staff at Dr. Rigby’s office were very kind, helpful, and capable. Dr. Rigby was so thorough and kind to me. He is willing to help me with my weight loss all along the way. I left feeling very confident and excited for the future.

I love this clinic! Dr. Rigby and his associates always do such an excellent job! They value your time and always do their best to cater to your specific needs. I already have, and I will continue, to recommend them.
