I have been going to Dr. Brown for several years now. He discovered a malady I did not know I had. He has carefully treated this with medications, some of them just over the counter. He has so far been able to get along without surgery. His manner and interaction with me has been very friendly and informative.

Just contacted the practice director I’m officially over it. So basically Dr brown won’t deal with me because of Dustin who is his boss. My doctor isn’t telling me what he’s switching me to before switching it. I’m allergic to a lot of meds which is why I want to do. You people trying to get sued? How stupid do you have to be to just switch meds. Than on top of that the nurse that wasn’t my normal nurse verified my fmla in front of everyone. You guys violation my hippa rights and think I’m not go to react to it? 🤦♀️. You cannot verify even that in front of everyone. I’m contacting the boards to complain if I have too. Maybe the nurse in his office didn’t call me like she was supposed too. I have no idea but there’s def a disconnect with communication in that office. Now doctor brown is refusing to let me see any of the other doctors in his office. This is full on discrimination by his staff. This is exactly what happens when adults can’t adult. I don’t know who’s to blame for this hot mess but I’m causing a fuss over this.

Dr.Brown and his staff are always very friendly. Dr.Brown explains everything really well, answers all my questions and follows up after appointments if needed through the patient portal.
