I went to Dr Madsen to get a 2nd opinion on a fracture in my hand. I had all of the x-rays from the other doctor placed on a disc and I don't think he looked at my images for more than a few seconds. He didn't really assess my injury and just kept asking 'what did the other Dr say? Ya, let's just stick with that.' Didn't really feel confident in his care.

Front desk and nurses very pleasant and helpful. The doctor spent about two minutes with me and just sent me for an MRI. No helpful info, no questions.

I am very impressed with Dr. Madsen and his staff, he is very professional and will answer all your questions. He was not in a rush to operate on me and I appreciated that. Highly recommend him for any Orthopedic issues.

I think he was not in a good mood 😕 because he had broken his foot, but I don't know because he wasn't very personable and my pain clinic doctor is so warm and welcoming compared to him.

I am a new patient of Dr Madsen. I was impressed by his office with the professionalism and being personal. Dr Madsen was very direct and informative with what was going on with my condition. I was pleased with my visit today. Thank you for listening to me and my concerns.

My first appointment with Dr Madsen was 60 seconds, he had a surgery and was in a hurry. I let it go and got my MRI done. He seriously looked at the images for 10 seconds and said I could have surgery, physical therapy, or injections. He was VERY cold and explained absolutely nothing to me. I tried asking questions and he made me feel like I was a huge burden so there is no way I would ever feel comfortable with him cutting me open. He is a really good example of how frustrating the medical system is. We wait months and have so many appointments and scans just to be treated like absolute trash. My knee is super weird looking compared to my other knee, I don't even know what's wrong with it and I know for sure he doesn't know either.
