Absolute worst anesthesiologist there ever was. I had him for my delivery in 2016 and he was so very rude and took forever to place my epidural. Unfortunately I had him again in April for my c-section and he couldn’t even place my spinal after several attempts. He ended up putting me to sleep because he was incompetent.

Dr Rideout was my anesthesiologist for the birth of my daughter. He attended me carefully for my epidural and later for my c-section. When my daughter was born not breathing due to unforeseen complications, he was able to step in and rapidly intubate her, saving her life and preventing major long term disabilities. He later visited her in the NICU to make sure she was doing well. He is incredibly kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. I’m so grateful to have had the pleasure of being served by him.

I have struggled with extreme anxiety to needles my entire life. Working with dr rideout for my epidural was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. He made me feel calm, comforted me and taught me how to relax during my epidural. He was so quick and talked us through the full procedure so I would not be alarmed as things were happening. Im so glad I was able to work with dr. rideout, he made my labor experience perfect. I could not be more satisfied 5 Stars!

Dr. Benjamin Rideout was fantastic with my wife and I at the Riverton hospital when we had our baby. He is professional and compassionate. He made sure we knew exactly what was happening the whole time and even wiped the tears from my wife's eyes when she heard our baby cry for the first time and had me take pictures while he took care of her. We couldn't be more grateful for him, I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Rideout spoke to me before my surgery and assisted me in feeling at ease. He answered all my questions before and after surgery in a caring and professional manner. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Rideout was unwilling to listen to a patient's input and was certain that he knew best without a complete history. Doctor has a lot to learn about listening to a patient for their opinions and experience - a patient knows best what their own experience with medication has been historically and the doctor was not interested in what the patient's history in order to form an educated opinion of his own. He apparently walked in the door with an opinion already formed.
