If you are looking for lawyer to lose your case by not knowing what he is doing, u should hire this guy. If you are looking for someone, to milk your money through texts and leaving phone messages, and not getting response for days, and he does it on purpose, (every text or leaving message over the phone $50.00) then u want to hire this guy. If you are looking for a lawyer that is money huger and cheats on your retainer, certainly hire this guy. If you are looking for a lawyer that when he is in court, that defendant lawyer can easily chew him and his respond will be, "I did not know what to say" and get you a worst result possible, call and hire him. When we asked him why he did what he did, he said, I was distracted and concern about getting my retainer filled another $2000.00. Despite that result, overnight that amount was sent to his account. A golden opportunity showed up in our case to win the case by filling for emergency hearing, guess what? After $12400.00 spending, the guy withdraws from the case. He thought, he milked us enough and since he does NOT know how to handle our kind of cases, he withdrew. He brought some pathetic excuses, that is unbelievable, and he did it after he got retainer filled. After $12400.00, we found out he does not know anything about these kinds of cases. I live in Maryland and our case was in Augusta and we hired him, and we made a big mistake. When we started to look for another attorney after he withdrew, many attorneys could not believe how a won case could be blown right at its crucial time. So, save yourself time and money and get away from this attorney with his childish funny socks. Don't let him full you with his fake sympathy.

My daughter had an acute appendicitis that’s been cooking for almost three days. We came to Utah Vally hospital for treatment. Dr Dial was our Anesthesiologist for the surgery. First of all let me tell you this is a real stand up guy. Super nice and informative. He sat down with my daughter and explained the whole thing to her in Laymans terms and put her mind at ease. Dr Dial is a real professional I have heard through the grapevine that he has been doing this for a long time and is very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Dr Dial for taking such great care of my daughter.
