Dr. Timmins did my epidural at Riverton Hospital. He was very professional, fast, timed the pokes around my contractions, gave clear instructions and was calm/joking with me to help me through the procedure. I'm very surprised to read the previous comments because I had a wonderful experience with him.
The worst experience I have ever had. He gave me an epidural. I explained to him I wasn’t numb. He made it seem like it was my fault that it wasn’t working. I ended up needing an emergency C section and was not numbed how I should be. I felt horrific pain during my entire c section. He doesn’t listen to his patients and apparently doesn’t administer epidurals currently.
He was a really terrible guy at my birth on Monday 6/6/22. I’m in labor with monstrous contractions and he was administering my epidural. I’m in immense pain so of course i was crying and I’m dilating with killer contractions. He has the nerve to ask why I’m crying and why I’m so emotional. Like dude, really?! He was rude and insentive to my pain. Like he didn’t even care I was in pain. This was my second birth so I know how kind and loving anesthesiologist can be to a laboring mother and this guy should really stay out of L and D. I wish i could give him no stars.
Dr. Timmins gave me an epidural during delivery at Riverton Hospital. He started blaming me for why the procedure was not working. He didn't wait for contractions. He tried 4-5 times to place it. Saying things like, "Are you crying right now?" As the worst pain I've ever felt surged through my body. I've had 2 other epidurals and this was my 3rd delivery, I've never had pain like that. He also had me in a position that was archaic. I've had back pain, headaches, and leg pain since. Horrible MD!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
