Our experience (my wife & I had concurrent appointments for our yearly physicals) with Dr. Clark & his staff was outstanding and most beneficial to our health and health education. All personnel we encountered; Dr. Clark, Michelle, and the phlebotomizst Estella, were personable, professional, efficient, and effective. Dr. Clark was particularly helpful in educating us regarding healthy personal decisions, eating habits, and the benefits to our longevity thereby. He provided us personal attention and was most gracious in his detailed answers to our several health concerns, graciously gifting us sufficient time to address all to our satisfaction. The phlebotomist, Estella, was incredible in terms of her very skillful ability to insert the needle painlessly into the targeted vein......a very significant achievement for needle shy patients such as us. What a great Dr. Dr Thomas is he’s so knowledgeable in so many areas, taking care of our health and insurance and medication options to save us money. He and his staff are so efficient and so friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Clark's for years. He is always up to speed on current practices.

Dr Clark overbooks his time therefore he has patients waiting too long 1hr for me This has been the same for the last two visits. The cost of the appointment is the same if he spends 2 minutes or 60 minutes. This visit he was rushed and felt I could not share where I have improved and what I needed to work on. Dr Clark is great in general when he has time. I would rather rebook my appointment then be waiting an hour to be seen. My work day was completely worthless from things taking too long. This was further set back when a prescription was sent to the wrong Smiths pharmacy location. I did clarify with the doctor where to send it. An additional hour to receive the prescription from the pharmacy after driving to the other location and picking it up.
