Our school district partnered with eLuma this year to provide speech therapy. It has been a horrible experience with a very unprofessional company. Service started a month late. Therapist no showed several times without any type of notification. When she does show up for the zoom session is 10min late but doesn’t make up the time. We have only received services less than 30% of time and no make up sessions.
