Dr. Affleck was the anesthesiologist for my daughter two weeks ago for a minor surgical procedure. She’s had a prev complication w anesthesia where she was awake however experienced prolonged body paralysis & was unable to talk or move. It created a lot of fear w future surgical procedures as she has a extensive medical complications. When discussing the situation w Dr. Affleck he’d prev reviewed her history and discovered that that isolated incident was related to a specific anesthesia agent they’d used on the day she experienced that side effect. Doctors are so quick now to not really look into past records or research prior info wo prompting or asking this was an unexpected, positive & flooring experience for us as we deal w a lot of physicians &’specialists & have found that in the last few yrs medical care here has gotten extremely poor so we’re extremely impressed by his professionalism & thoroughness. We absolutely recommend him!!! We’d give him a 10* review if possible!

Dr Affleck gave me an epidural during my delivery that was the best I’ve ever had. I had no tingling sensation or weakness like I had with my first baby delivers in Provo. He was patient with my concerns and questions and explained why I had the tingling during my first delivery. Grateful for doctors who are willing to go the extra miles for their patients.
