**CASH Patients*** The scheduling was easy online. I called ahead to get the “ out the door” rate for office visit, removal, and readings. The front office staff were very kind. The assistant who took me back was nice well. I went over my cash rate quote with her, and she said to confirm with Dr Teske about the rates to make sure nothing else would be charged prior to the appointment starting. Dr Teske came in and went over the billing process. She told me her rates, and that included sending to the lab, and the results. Dr Teske stated she would be getting the results back herself and would let me know. Upon checkout, I reconfirmed with the front desk receptionists regarding payment in full. They also assured me that my appointment was paid for in full for “today’s visit”. I asked for an itemized receipt with my payment recorded. The recipient said it was not possible to get one but not to worry, printed a regular receipt that said “paid” with the same day discount. She also provided the billing department phone number. I called and they also states I had a zero balance. A week or so goes by and I got a message that the results were clean. However, a day later I get a text, it’s a bill for more than the appointment itself $440. I then spent the next 7 weeks trying to get ahold of office management, doctors, billing, etc. this includes dropping by the office multiple times, someone was alway “on vacation” “out of the office” or “Will call me back” When I finally was able to speak to someone off site in management. She made me aware the doctors are contracted and choose to, or not to waive fees. She would provide a discount but unfortunately Dr Macdonald said no to waiving the fee because he ended up “reading” my results. The office manager said Dr Teske didn’t remember stating adamantly I would not be charged an additional penny after I was checked out. At the original appointment Dr Teske also stated she couldn’t remove a 4th mole in the same visit. I explained again, I’m a cash rate and could she make an exception. Dr Teske declined but also stated “ I will not charge you an additional appointment fee $150 for the removal”. As you can imagine I did not return.

The staff are friendly and inviting.

The receptionists were polite, but I am extremely unhappy with the care I received. I tried to tell my provider that I had an issue with allergies causing skin issues in the past and I also wondered if there was something amiss in my general health that could be exacerbating my skin condition. He told me it was extremely unlikely that it was allergies so I shouldn't even bother. He also told me that my general health has no bearing on my skin issues, that they are totally separate despite me having general body symptoms every time I have skin symptoms. He prescribed me a generic treatment and seemed to ignore or brush off most of my concerns. I was not even made aware of any side effects from the medications he prescribed despite me telling him I am very sensitive to most medications I try and I will most likely experience side effects. I felt ignored and like my pain and struggle was invalidated. If you are looking for a generic treatment to hopefully mask your symptoms and you don't usually have a problem with side effects, I would recommend this place. However if you want to take a look at potential causes and look into how you can improve your health from the root, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Dr. Teske was very kind & helpful! She addressed all my questions and concerns, was very thorough and, explained everything well. She was very good at following up and did all that she said she would do. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend her to others.

I saw Dr. Noelle teske for acne and she was incredibly helpful and her staff was very nice and pleasant! I went to one other dermatologist before seeing her and the previous one did not seem to care about my issues at all and did not make me feel heard but Dr. Teske listened to my concerns and gave helpful solutions and it really felt like she cared. I am done with my treatment but if I ever have any other concerns i will definitely be back to see her and will recommend her to everyone!

The most unprofessional experience I've ever had in any medical environment. Was running late, called in to let the front desk know, to which I was informed I will be charged or canceled if I'm 15 or more minutes late. When I arrived, I was informed I would be the one waiting, to which I then watched the next 3 patients to walk in sit down and get called in before me. I waited an hour and thirty minutes before being called back, and then waited another 30 in the clinic room before being acknowledged. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me there was a simple solution to my problem, but they don't have the time or the tools prepared to actually help me. Horrible waste of time, and the only one who even seemed to notice how egregious it was, was the receptionist who had to watch me sit there the entire time.

Went here for my 5 year olds rash where they couldn't tell me anything. Not what it was or how he got it absolutely no ideas. I asked how they could find out and apparently the only way is to cut into him deep to get a biopsy sample and be would need stitches. They were supposed to send over 2 perscription creams to the pharmacy and never did so I called them and of course closed however they say they have an answering service when I talked to them and explained what happened they hung up on me. Rude and unprofessional waste of time not helpful at all.

I had a skin issue suddenly flare up due to fluctuating hormones while I was pregnant. I was referred to this office to see NP Nicole Rawle. The office was clean and easy to find. The staff behind the counter were efficient and even thanked me for checking in online before-hand. The NP was thorough and quickly was able to communicate my diagnosis and what was happening to my body. She gave me options for treatment and discussed with me what to expect for the months to come during and after pregnancy. She was helpful and I didn't once feel judged. Skin issues can be scary and intimidating. She really put me at ease. I would highly recommend her and this office.

Super frustrated because my daughter wanted to start Accutane and we had to wait 30 days to take another pregnancy test we scheduled a telehealth appointment because it was during school hours and she really wanted to start it as soon as possible and the doctor was going out of town the following week. Well I showed up at my daughter’s school waited 30 minutes to call her out for her appt never received a text message or call about the appointment. Called their office over and over about eight different times with no answer finally got through to find out there was never a follow up appointment even scheduled! We sat and talked with the assistant for so long, going over the instructions about taking the pregnancy test the The morning before she headed to school. When I called The receptionist said she could fit her in at 2:20 PM so I checked her out 15 minutes early from school. She gets home. I receive a call that the doctor she was going to fit her in. Had a block schedule during that time. So now she has to wait for the following week. Super frustrating because I took time out of my day for two appointments that never happened!

My dermatologist , Lauren Vieira made me feel extremely insecure than I already am. I stated that my groin areas were having skin issues and upon inspection she kept saying “it’s very sweaty” numerous times, That’s something a woman doesn’t want to hear not just once but four times during the visit is a bit excessive, seemed like an insult at that point. I work in construction, 72-84 hour weeks, constantly moving of course I sweat. I was already opening up about my issues and crying and those comments did not make me comfortable. It’s sorta ingrained into my head now that a medical professional would say that multiple times during my visit knowing it’s an insecurity I have. The receptionist were very kind and so was her medical assistant.
