Dr. Nelson seemed really nice as he explained to me that the lab part of my daughters bill probably would not be paid so I would be responsible for that I accepted that. He said the the other part was no big deal and would be covered by the insurance. I also accepted that since this was something she could have lived with I'm not even sure the procedure was necessary. I proceeded with it because I was not going to be out to much money the lab part less than $300 well apparently Delta dental did not cover it so I'm now stuck with an extra $424.80 bill I did not want nor could afford. I feel Dr. Nelson mislead and lied he know's what is paid and what is not paid. When I worked in billing I knew exactly what would be paid and what would not be paid. As well as I'm sure his billing staff do.

Dr. Nelson performed my son's wisdom teeth extraction last week and it was an excellent experience. He and his staff were very caring and sincere and before and after the procedure. Every detail was explained and the recovery went smooth and exactly as they described. I'm extremely grateful that my dentist recommended Dr. Nelson and his amazing associates. Thank you for taking such great care of my son!

Dr. Nelson is an angel in disguise. He is gentle, he is completely knowledgeable, he is patient, he can solve almost any problem, and I am extremely lucky to have found him. Actually, he was referred to me by my equally talented regular dentist, which is even better.I have extreme bone loss in my jaw, getting worse all the time, and I lost all of my teeth. I also lost all of my implants put in by another dr because of the bone loss. I wasn't able to eat solid food for almost two years. I was horribly depressed, and so sick of cup-of-soup I wanted to destroy their factory. Dr. Nelson found a solution, a special kind of implant, and I am back to chewing! There are a few things I can't eat, just a few, but do I care?!?Dr. Nelson is a godsend and I will forever be in his debt.

Dr. Nelson is the best!!! He performed my Maxillofacial surgery and I couldn't ask for a better surgeon. He's very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and gentle. And he's got great bedside manners on top of all that!!! So blessed to have him as my surgeon. I found Dr. Nelson to be personable and professional. I was hesitant to undergo anesthesia due to my COPD, but he was thorough and reassuring. Everything went well, afterward I had no nausea or breathing problems.

Dr. Nelson took the time to answer all of my questions. I was very nervous about my surgery, but he helped me feel calm and reassured. Also, I woke up without and pain or nausea! Great job!
