I had an excellent experience at Utah Valley Dermatology in Lehi. The office was a little busy, so there was a short wait, but it was worth it. Dr. McClean was professional, thorough, and approachable, taking the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable throughout my exam. The staff, including the scribe, were attentive, respectful, and efficient, which made the visit smooth and easy. I felt completely at ease and well cared for. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for knowledgeable and friendly dermatology care!

Great experience! I was a little concerned working on my eye lid. Dr. Dower was exceptionally professional as well as very amiable. His assistant as well. Procedure was very uncomfortable, but was necessary and short lived. Result is fantastic!

Doctor Leatham is the best. His MA will put you at ease. They explain everything on a level you can understand. They are very thorough.

Overall good experiance and very nice, professional people. My only drawback was wait time in my gown in the exam room and then 4 people in the room during the exam. I would prefer only 2, even though they were all cordial and professional. It's a self-conscious, shy thing. That's all. Both the doc and i forgot to revisit one thing i had asked him to check so i was bummed but don't want to pay for a whole other visit just for that, so i guess it'll be next year. 😏
