This was my first visit to Dr Francis and I was very impressed. I could tell he cared about us and took whatever time needed to address all issues.

Super bothered! Have been sitting here in the room waiting for him for 45 min- while I can Hear him next door just chattin away about nothing medical with the patient next door!

Doctor Francis talks as though he cares but there’s no follow through from he or his staff. After expressing I did not need anymore medications, that guidance was what I was seeking. He put me on a medication that increased ALL the symptoms I had expressed to him and he explained that he wanted to do a scope to look into the discomfort I came to see him for. The medication I only took for 2 days and I called his office to explain my reaction. Was told he was out of office and message sent as priority. Calling again on Tuesday after looking up what the medication uses which were not anything William Francis discussed with me. Received a call today saying he never scheduled a scope and I was to find a pain specialist. They have a referral service in office. Be advised they will tell you to call your insurance company for referral after waiting a month. Very disappointed in the whole office. Very good doctor and his staff is caring. I use their patient portal for messages and they are responsive and personal. During in office visits, if you want a doctor that listens and explains what could be going on and what tests he's ordering during the visit- he's the doctor for you. I have been with this office... I think going on two years now and I'm happy with them. I'm planning to start my 12 year old with him since kiddo starts middle school this year. Very thorough in examinations. Explains what's going on in ways that are easily understandable. Office and support staff are excellent also.

Being diabetic and overweight I am at right risk of being infected and dying of Covid 19. I have been self quarantined in my home / office for months for my own protection. Dr. Francis is the only doctor I've seen for diabetes and my only source for the insulin prescription I need to survive. This week I received a letter from Dr. Francis telling me that I needed to find a new doctor. He has not given me a reason. I've spoken to several medical professionals this week who have all warned me that leaving my home and going to a hospital or doctors office right now to get a new prescription for insulin puts me at a unnecessary risk of contacting Covid-19. This decision by doctor Francis is both irresponsible and unprofessional. Being diabetic and overweight I am at right risk of being infected and dying of Covid 19. Dr. Francis really cares about his patients. It’s refreshing to find a provider who listens, understands and strives to help his patients

I see Dr Francis and he is great doctor! He has not only helped me with my illness but also helped me with the anxiety emotion caused by the illness. He is very professional and experienced.

I've been seeing Dr. Francis for at least 2 years. He does take the time to listen and discuss the with you.
