List of Sterling Urgent Care's Reviews
They have always been relatively quick when I've been in. The staff are friendly and they seem to be well informed.
Sterling was great to prescribe what I needed to deal with my issue. However, they said do this 4x per day for 7 days and do another 2x a day for 7 days. But there wasn't enough medicine to meet the 7 day criteria. Why not? Had to go back to urgent care and the pharmacy. Why??? When people are sick, they are sick. Why couldn't I get enough to be covered for the prescribed period without having to go back? That is taxing and not right. Also, I was in a lot of pain. No one recommended pain medication. Aren't these people trained on what to do? When people come in when sick, they are often not in their right mind and can't think straight. Thank heavens I had pain medication from other issues I have had recently or I would have been miserable. These dr.s across the country handed out pain meds like they were candy. Now there is a so called "crisis" and suddenly, no one can get anything needed to ease the suffering. The over the counter medication can be more harmful, if not worse than just getting a pain medication. I don't want or need the strongest, just something that I don't have to take constantly that will end up doing me more harm than good. Wake up people, please! I am not a pill speaker, my records say so. But quit creating problems then sit and scratch your heads as to what happened.
Reception had me checked in and ready to be seen. Provider and back staff was attentive and took care of me. I would recommend Sterling to anyone! This is Fifita Corona from my mom’s email.
No wait at this location compared to 45-60 minutes wait at Instacare and the other location. I didn’t appreciate being told my portion was $140 instead of just my copay of $25 to have them look at an ingrown toenail that I’m told can be helped at home with Epsom salt and Neosporin. Had they asked me what my copay was instead of “trying” to look it up online, I could have told them.
Good fast visit for the price. We’re able to get antibiotics in store so I didn’t have to go anywhere else
Pleasant, competent staff. Doctor was great! Clean facility. Relatively low wait time. Will definitely make use of this benefit of our insurance again.
Love the atmosphere everybody is so friendlyThe doctor is awesome straightforward and tell you how it is. I Always come back
This review is for the billing department. I was overcharged for a visit and was seeking a refund of the amount. Their system was unable to see that I was overcharged some how so I provided them with my bank statement and an email from my insurance confirming the charge. They finally agreed to write me a check for the amount that was overcharged but sent it to the wrong address even though their bills were finding me at the right address. The amount of time it took them to send out the check in the first place was a lot. Once I informed them that I did not receive the check they informed me they needed the first check returned to them before they could send out another check? I have never heard of that before and assume they could void the check and send out a new one. This whole process has been going on for about 4 months. Responses are very infrequent and when asking for an update I keep getting told to wait several weeks for one! I still have not received a check and my current email conversation has gone on 8 days now without a response. This has been an extremely slow and frustrating experience.
Went in pretty late, but they did everything they could for me and even ended up staying a little past closing to make sure i was comfortable. Highly recommend
Super sweet and considerate group! I appreciate them so much. I am also terrified of needles and when I had to get my blood drawn they went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
