As posted, they do not provide services to Veterans. None of their facilities do.
This place is a joke, billing is all messed up. Needless to say I'm calling my insurance on insurance fraud with Sterling,
Was told a Covid test would cost $155, which I paid. Returned from my trip overseas to find a bill for another $40, which they tacked on "because they could". Apparently the office visit was $140 and the test $55. So it's not like they charged for office visit, then added the test. Totally random. Billing said it was explained in the fine print of paperwork I signed that they could charge more. Totally unethical organization. Avoid at all cost.
worst customer service.. lady behind desk is not friendly
We went for a Covid test, and don’t recommend them for this! They’re taking several business days to get the results, and then surprised us by charging our credit card $140 instead of billing our insurance. When we called to find out why we were charged they said we have to handle the insurance part ourselves. What? I wish we would have read the other reviews, and I hope this helps someone else avoid the hassle! ETA: Day 5 and still waiting for results.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
