HORRIBLE CLÍNICA I was extremely unhappy with the way I was treated at this clinic. This was my first time going there, and as a pregnant woman, I was shocked that during my first visit with the nurse they did not take my basic vital signs. My blood pressure was not taken, and my weight was not taken. This is my third pregnancy, and I have never been treated this way before. A patient’s opinion and decisions must always be respected. Patients have the right to decide whether or not to have tests done and to accept the risks that come with those decisions. That does not give a clinic the right to treat a patient poorly or unprofessionally, especially a pregnant patient. The nurse decided to prescribe me aspirin to prevent preeclampsia even though I had no symptoms at all — no high blood pressure, no headaches, no swelling in my hands or feet, and none of the typical signs of preeclampsia. Her decision was based only on a weight that was taken on a different day, late at night after I had already eaten, instead of taking my weight properly at my first visit with her. In my situation and based on my medical history, this should have been discussed with a doctor first. I also asked her about certain medications, and she did not even seem familiar with them, which made me even more uncomfortable about the care I was receiving. What is also very concerning is that they scheduled an ultrasound and labeled my pregnancy as “high risk” without ever telling me. I was never evaluated by a doctor, and the nurse did not even inform me that an ultrasound was being ordered. I only found out later that it had been scheduled. I do not recommend this clinic at all. They were unprofessional, and pregnant women deserve to be treated with care, respect, and proper medical standards. I have never experienced anything like this in my previous pregnancies.

I had an appointment scheduled for December 29 that had been booked since December 11. I woke up to my alarm to attend the appointment, only to receive a same-day text message cancelling and asking me to call to reschedule. No advance notice was given. While this cancellation was frustrating, it reinforced concerns I already had after previously accompanying my mother to an appointment at this clinic. During that visit, I observed multiple instances of cross contamination, including gloves touching surrounding surfaces and then the patient. I also noticed that the cleaning solution used left a heavy film on surfaces, which raised additional concerns about proper sanitation. Because of the last-minute cancellation combined with what I personally observed regarding hygiene practices, I decided not to reschedule. Reliability and cleanliness are essential in a medical setting, and unfortunately this clinic did not meet those expectations.

Customer service sucks there

Paola, Jahiry and Jenn should all get raises they are like a family we love coming here and they are always kind and welcoming

it’s kind of stupid and concerning how the employees don’t let the parents of the client go in with them at the appointments, this policy needs to change!
