List of Brian J Williams's Reviews
Dr Williams is amazing! Great bedside manners and is not a stuffy guy in a white coat. He’s very professional and knows his line of work! I’m forever thankful for his help and will refer him to my family and friends.
Billing is a NIGHTMARE. We "read them our insurance information wrong", obviously couldn't have been them typing it wrong. Our member ID was missing one And didn't hear there was an error with insurance until after it was too late for them to submit a claim. They offered a self pay discount but when I asked to speak with someone else to figure out why the insurance didn't work, she took the discount away after I asked her a few questions and said this has been an awful experience working with them. I said we will never be returning and she said "Good, we will be happy to never work with you again." She also said she will respond to any negative review online to say how awful I was to work with. So hey middle aged power hungry lady, here I am!
Horrible experience, absolutely would not recommend this office.
Dr Williams is great! Very quick and proficient. I started seeing him about a year ago and my skin has never looked better! It’s clean, smooth and has less wrinkles and/or dark spots; thanks to the benzoprypal cream to which is amazing if I do say so myself. :) On a not so positive note however, the front office staff, specifically and especially Christy, isn’t very friendly and doesn’t appear to believe in, abide by, or practice customer service.
I had the worst experience I have ever had at a Dr's office. I was referred to Dr Williams from a good friend of mine who is a doctor. When I called to make an appointment, I asked if Dr Wiliams can also look at a Urology issue I had while I was there, they said yes, he is also an M.D. The 2 other times I was contacted by his staff to confirm my appointment, I also confirmed again if he can address my Urology issue, the staff said yes. When I arrived, Dr Williams did not greet me or even acknowledge me when he walked into the room. He didn't read the paper I filled out with all of the concerns I would like addressed. When I asked about the Urology issue first, he said, I don't do Urology. I said that is frustrating because your staff said you did. He then asked if I want my money back and to end the appointment. I said YES! Before he could even look to see if I needed multiple dermatology issues addressed, he asked me if I want my money back! Then Dr Williams tried to make a terrible recovery to keep me there and offended me even worse. Then he called my friend who referred me and told them he does not do Urology! Very unprofessional.
Never a wait and always very thorough. I see both Dr. Williams and Vanessa Gonzalez. They're both incredible! Highly recommended.
Unfortunately due to insurance we came to Dr Williams one time too many. His bedside manner comments are borderline inappropriate and cringe worthy. My Son, who was not a patient isn't a fan either. He was wearing a hat and Dr. Williams kept messing with it. I jokingly asked him to stop, I was uncomfortable and it was bothering my son. The next time he came in the room he actually flicked the hat off my Sons head. Dr Williams is like an annoying teenager!
STAY AWAY! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I will not be coming back and would not recommend treatment here unless you want hassle, headaches, and more problems. My wife and I went here for treatment in April. The front desk did a horrible job explaining billing. After treatment was all said and done, my bill out of pocket was double what cash pay would have been. Although I was frustrated, I was told they would work with me. I called 8-10 times and was never able to get ahold of their billing lady. I was told by the front multiple times that they would leave her my name and number and that she would call me back. Never happened. When I finally did speak with her, she was rude and unwilling to work with us. I was simply told, "that's not my problem, its your problem". I have never dealt with a more rude or unprofessional office.
I’ve been here 3 times so far and have had an excellent experience twice. My third visit I waited longer than I wanted, however it wasn’t longer than every other Dr’s office out there. The staff has always been so nice and I LOVE the nurse practitioner, sorry I can’t recall her name. Every time I’ve seen her she is incredibly friendly, very thorough and asked me multiple times if there was anything else we needed to cover. I’m surprised to see all of the negative reviews. I’ve never had an issue with staff. They’ve been able to treat, freeze, cut, laser, and electrify any issue I’ve brought to them. I saw a review criticizing Dr. Williams for adding levity by stating how big a lipoma was. I found Dr. Williams to be funny and full of personality. I prefer this everyday of the week over a Doctor that won’t look you in the eyes and treats one like an inanimate object.
Dr Williams did not even look at my scalp during my visit. Instead, he did the one size fits all approach and prescribed the wrong medication for my condition. I do not recommend this doctor for this reason. He was in a big hurry to get me out of the office, even though it did not appear there were several patients waiting for him. I have since found a dermatologist that actually listened to me and prescribed the correct treatment for my condition.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
