Worst Clinic I’ve been to. I should’ve posted this when I went last year. I scheduled an appointment to talk about how I was probably anemic and was basically treated unfairly. The doctor didn’t want to answer any other questions about other concerns and said to talk about it another day. She also thought I was overreacting when I was concerned about how much blood I lose. I got blood drawn and the next day or so, I Was diagnosed with a disease which worries me because if I hadn’t pushed for the blood tests, things could’ve gone worse.The next appointment I had, I came in exactly 15 minutes late and I was still able to go in, but the receptionist (or nurse I’m not sure) unprofessionally raised her voice with other patients in the waiting room that I was “20 minutes late”. Her clock was off and I wasn’t given the chance to explain that I wasn’t 20, but 15 minutes late. Overall, I don’t recommend going to this clinic. Especially if you’re a woman that has concerns about her body.

I accidentally posted this review for the wrong location initially, so if you saw this review for the mid-valley location before that is why.This clinic has been a godsend. I am a new resident of Utah, and because of covid shutdowns, I did not have a job or any income when I came here. Utah Partners For Health has taken great care of me, and I will be forever grateful for organizations like this. I unexpectedly found out I had a blood disorder from another organization, and Utah Partners for Health has been there to help me every step of the way, even providing me with much needed financial assistance. There is one girl who works the front desk who remembers me every time I come, it’s the little things like remembering my name that make me feel comfortable and welcome. (I wish I remembered her name, she was in a cast today.) Whoever is in charge of this location, please know that you have fantastic employees, taking precautions during this pandemic very seriously, yet are still able to provide warm and friendly patient care.

We had a child tested for Covid on Tuesday. It is Saturday and we still do not have results. All other family members tested at other locations after us have received results.Sunday- Still no results 117 hours later.

Do not go to their Covid testing site, it is taking them over a week to get results. I went to Walgreens and got my results within an hour. I’m not sure why this facility is being allowed to test if it is taking so long compared to everywhere else.

Hace poco llegué a la clínica buscando servicios de terapia por recomendación de mi médico general, Abigail me ha ayudado muchísimo y es excelente en su trabajo. También pedí servicios dentales para mi hija y todo estuvo bien, el servicio es muy bueno; lo que no me parecio es que nos dieron un precio para el servicio y en la segunda visita nos cobraron más, y al preguntar porqué me dijeron que los precios habían subido, uno está buscando lo mejor de acuerdo a nuestras posibilidades económicas y deberían explicar los costos desde un principio y con honestidad, no me pareció que al final terminé pagando más de lo que hubiera pagado en otros lugares dónde yo había pedido presupuestos para el servicio dental. 😔

I came here once for a full physical. Tbh, I've never really had one done. Last time I went to the doctors was for my pap, and the time before that was when I was 12 for an ear infection. I had expected the whole nine yards. Blood work and whatever else but the doctor made me feel extremely uncomfortable and honestly made me feel dumb for being there. Maybe it's my lack of experience with doctors but I felt like he had no table side manners. The front desk people were nice but because of this doctor who's name I can't even remember anymore, I don't think I'll ever be back. It was a waste of a visit towards my insurance deductible. I now have to go somewhere else that do what they're suppose to do.

I loved the service from office and doctors ! It is the blessing for us!!!
