Terrible experience. This doctor has awful bedside manner and the worst communication skills. He listened to my dad’s lungs and said everything was fine no problems. We ended up in the ER the following weekend for him. Clearly this pulmonologist does not have the knowledge needed to care for patients especially those who have had covid19.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at any medical center. I have a serious sleep problem..falling asleep at the wheel falling asleep during outings ever since I was young. I got referred by my primary doctor to Granger medical To get a sleep study to see if I have Narcolepsy. I have been trying to get in since September 7 months ago and still have not received any answers. I call their office and nobody answers. I leave messages and nobody calls back. I went in to the office in person and told them the severity of what was going on and called the office while I was standing at the desk and it didn’t ring The receptionist assured me that it does ring but could not explain why nobody returns messages or answers the phone. They tried blaming the problem on my insurance? I’ve tried to go to a different location but they have a policy where they can not share patients with their sister clinics if you are an established patient with one of the doctors I had one consultation 7 months ago??? Far from established I am in the process of going to a new sleep clinic because I need to get this figured out but PLEASE avoid this clinic. They are useless

I have sleep problems. Ive been talking to my family doctor for a couple months attempting different treatments and remedies to help me with it. I got a referral to Dr. Dienharts office and was seen. It cost me 40$ to be told there was nothing he couldwould do to help me. Even though Ive been diagnosed with shift work sleep disorder he basically told me that that is an unfortunate schedule and that there was nothing he couldwould do for me even though other doctors believed he could. Frustrating experience wouldnt recommend him for anyone with similar problems.

It was a pleasant experience. Everthing was explained to me. The room was set to the temperature I requested. I was given extra blankets. It a quiet clean environment. Matt was my technician. I was afraid I would not be able to fall asleep. I was asleep in a out 5 minutes after I got in bed.Dr. Dinehart did give me a Rx for a sleepling pill

Had a followup teleappointment. Got on at the right time no one showed up. 15 minutes in I called the office and tried to find out what happened. Was sent to a voicemail. Left a voicemail saying I don’t know what happened but no one showed up for my appointment. Never got a call back.Did get a bill in the mail for a missed appointment fee.
