Everyone who was part of my care was efficient, kind, and they went out of their way to give me detailed information and answer questions about my eyesight. They were a great experience.

Very pleased with my new eye care office. A little anxious going in but soon felt very comfortable. Treated respectfully by all of the staff. Tests and treatments were all explained very well and was not pressured into getting or doing anything I wasn't prepared for. I'm glad Olympus contacted me when my previous doctor moved out of state.

I really recommend it here and Steve Jeong. My cherished glasses were broken, so I had an eye examination at a chain-type optician and got my lenses, but as soon as I put them on, I felt dizzy and my eyesight felt out of focus. The optician said that my eyes would get used to it after about two weeks, but the dizziness did not improve at all, and I started feeling seriously nauseous, so I went back to see the doctor and ask for him to do something. However, the optician did not know the exact cause and recommended only the more expensive lenses to correct the issue. But the lenses were outrageously expensive, and I lost all trust in the in that prescriber. I decided to just get an eye exam, frame, and try lenses again elsewhere. I searched for an optician again on the Internet and went to Olympus Eye Associates after receiving a recommendation from a friend. There, I met Steve Jeong and his explanations were very impressive. After some tests, he discovered the issue and he explained in detail about the power being too strong in my one eye and found the best power for my eyes. I trusted Steve Jeong's explanation and kindness so much that I ordered two thinner and lighter lenses, one with anti-glare coating and one with added blue light protection. But they gave me a big discount, so it was like the price of a single lens at the optician I went to the first time. When I went to pick up my glasses when they were finished, I was very satisfied with the time he took to properly prescribe because the objects were so clear and sharp, and they were not cluttered at all, and the fit was comfortable as if I wasn’t wearing glasses. If you need glasses, or if you are having trouble with the frame or prescription you’ve received elsewhere, I highly recommend going to an Olympus Eye Associates and consulting with Steve Jeong.

I‘ve been a patient here for 10 or so years now and have never had a bad experience. I’ve seen Dr. Dodds and Brockbank, they’re both very professional and kind. Now I have offspring who’ve inherited my visually challenged gene and I bring them here as well. I was forced to move to Utah County due to rent increase, and didn’t bother trying to find a doctor closer to me, they are very much worth the drive. Great staff, five stars, keep up the great work!

I went to the eye Dr and got my eye exam and my glasses. I used my own frame, that I bought there the prior year. The glass arrived and brought my frames they fitted the glass, but it was crooked and the glass was scratched after I had them put some anti-scratch. I brought them back so they could fix them. I got this glasses in May. Went back in July, when I brought them back the charged me $35 copay to order the new glass. When the glass came back the glasses were crooked still. I told them that. So the girl in front suggested I get another eye exam and I would have to pay only $45.00 for the exam. My insurance pays for glasses only once a year. I told her that, she didn’t care, all she is there for is to take money. I used to like them but I had to go elsewhere. I would not recommend them to my friends or family.

Every employee smiled and said “Hello.” Lisa did my testing and was friendly and competent. Dr Dodds was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great place to go for eye care👏
