The doctors were great but the surgery scheduler was horrible. She would not listen and treated me and my family horrible. I have never been treated so terribly by any doctors office. I would not go here if I had to deal with julie the surgery scheduler. The excuse she might have been having a bad day doesnt sit will you still cant treat people like you are put out to help them. She even treated the doctor and was rude to him when he told her it was an emergency. She told me it was 2 weeks before anything could be done.Again Dr Stout was amazing but office staff is terrible.

I brought my dad here and it was quick and businesslike. We waited for 3 weeks and saw a physicians assistant it would have been at least 2 months out for a doctor. The PA was competent and just as good as a doctor for our purposes. They called 2 days later with dads results.If you go here take a look at the transition from vinyl tile at the elevator to carpet in the hallway. I’ve never seen this kind of patchwork transition very unusual.Also the place is hard to find because their office staff will tell you that they are on the IHC campus. They are actually across the street from IHC next to Murray High School. Look for the building with the red roof.

I really like this clinic. Sometimes it takes awhile to get in to Dr. Stout but it is worth it.This week I got in in just a few days. Dr. Stout as well as NP Karenare thorough as are the assistants. They make you feel comfortable in an awkward situation. I would highly recommend.
