Showed up on time. Still waiting after an hour. Had over 5 people after me go back. If I am on time why can't the doctor. Terrible referral. No reason why you're going to schedule someone a certain time just to have me wait a whole extra hour in the waiting room.

Dr. Gull is one of the kindest and concerned doctors I’ve ever seen. He diagnosed a medical condition that many other doctors missed. Thank goodness for Dr. Gull and his knowledge.

Dr Gull truly listened. I've been struggling with vertigo for 2 years and keep getting passed around to different doctors. Dr Gull seems like he really wants to figure it out and fix me, and not just pass me off as someone else's problem. I wish more doctors were like him.

My experience Was after visiting to pit little oil in ears and some medicated ointment in nose and told the face pain would go away. It was much worsw that night so called in the morning and they wanted me to come back in. I said nothing had changed since the day before except i was sicker and remained in tremendous pain. Got disconnected so ended up going to emergency for the help I needed. Very frustrating experience for me.

Every time I see Dr Gull I am impressed by how much he seems to care about getting me the best possible outcome. I wish all doctor's offices ran as well as this office does. The whole crew is awesome!

Dr. Gull's office staff and billing department are unprofessional. They don't keep your information confidential. I heard the receptionist tell all the nurses about my account in the middle of the office. The nurses confronted me about my bills and payments while treating me. The billing department is disorganized and unknowledgeable about different insurances. I was told my copay was $50 because he was a specialist. I then discovered this was incorrect by my insurance statements. Before a procedure I was quoted a reasonable out-of-pocket amount, so I agreed to it. I was then charged double the amount! Before the next procedure I asked for two cost estimates. They seemed very reasonable so I agreed to it. Now I am being charged significantly more! I was told different amounts nearly every week. I was treated unkindly and disrespectfully by the office staff and billing department. I am not being treated by Dr. Gull anymore even though I liked him and loved his physical therapist.

Dr. Gull's office is a well running system. I had some minor nose issues taken care of but extremely tense dr. Gull and his staff took the time to prepare me, kept me engaged during the procedure and made sure if it didnt work this time it wasnt because we all didn't go the extra mile. The recovery has been tuff and not sure if it worked or I'd given them a 5.

Very bad experience after having a nose surgery (deviated septum) with Dr Gull. I would tell everybody: "stay away of this people", Dr Gull made a very bad work in my nose (poor quality), and after 4 months he still did not take ownership at all. The reason for my surgery was correcting a deviated septum in order to breathing better), but my nose looks worse and my breathing is very worse. At my last appointment he found a incredible solution for his HORRIBLE MISTAKE and bad surgery performance, he prescribed me vick vaporub to help me breathing better, that's it. After 3 post surgery appointments and 5 months after the surgery he have declared himself unable to take responsibility and told me he was going to send me to his boss Dr Swensen because he don't know why still my nose is so sick. Now today the Dr Gull staff called me to cancel the appointment because they want me to pay $342 before they fix the problem in my nose, they just want money and do not care about patients at all. Disgusting people to work with, it is sad you guys are so rude when calling me to ask me keep paying money even not getting a favorable respond from Dr Gull and even after explain you I want to pay but also I need Dr Gull to take resposibility for his actions.

We love going to Dr. Gull and his staff! They are one of a kind! My daughter got tubes in, they were so kind to us. They made my little girl feel so loved! They know us by name. Definitely the place to go!!
