List of Stephen Miller's Reviews
Honestly, the worst. Go anywhere else! Between excessive wait times, the doctor actively answering phone calls once he got in the room with me (45 min wait for him after check-in), a miscommunication that cost me an additional $50 in fees, and then being called repeatedly by the billing department to update my method of payment because "somehow" they had lost it.... just a joke. I can't wait until my final payment is done with so I don't have to keep working with this disorganized and unprofessional office.
Love Dr. Miller. He’s amazing Dr.
He is very Thorough with his diagnosis and let you know it’s exactly going on
If I could leave a negative star then I would. I was referred to this doctor 8 years ago. At the beginning of my heart failure journey. I would book the earliest appointment so my husband could come along with me also thinking we would not have to wait since we were the first appointment. Well we waited sometimes over an hour and then when we got in the office we waited another 30 minutes for him to come in for 5 minutes and never really address my situation and want to order really expensive tests that did not help my situation. Well after a change in insurance a year ago, I was forced to get another doctor. I am now with the heart failure clinic in Murray at the IMC. It is amazing the difference in care and help I have received. I never wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen and then when I get in the office I am able to talk to the doctor for 30 to 45 minutes. It is wonderful. I just got a pacemaker/defibrillator put in from the heart rhythm doctors and I feel amazing. Dr. Miller refused to refer me to another doctor to help me. He should have referred me 8 years ago to heart rhythm because my situation only got worse over the 8 years. I do not recommend this doctor or office to anyone that really values their time and health. You will not get the care you deserve for the amount of money he is charging.
I have always felt well taken care of at this office, especially by the Physician Assistant I used to see. I have been going here for over 10 years. The last couple times I have had an appointment I have had to wait for over 2 hours to see the doctor. I don't know who is in charge of making appointments for this office, but they WAY overschedule now. If you don't have anything else to do in your life and can wait FOREVER to see the doctor, then make an appointment, else please do as I am going and go to another provider. There are plenty of good ones out there!
I have been taking my mother to Dr Miller for 3 years and he is ALWAYS late. He doesn't have any time management skills to speak of. We have to always wait, wait and wait some more then be told to reschedule. When we do get in to see him, he goes on some story tangent instead of understanding you were already waiting for at least 2.5 to 3 hours in the waiting room. So we decided to do the telehealth and he still has kept us waiting for over an hour. Is he a good doctor? He changed my mothers medication around several times only to end up right back where we started when we first started bring her to see him. He was always trying to follow some kind of "recipe". Maybe he is a better chef, I don't know. Would I recommend him to anyone...NO I would advise Dr. Miller to sit in one of his patients shoes because it really takes "patience" to have him for a doctor. Looking for another doctor. His staff is very friendly and professional. We will miss seeing them.
Great doctor & staff!!
I was refused service today. I am exempt from wearing a mask and they would not see me. I even have a doctors perscription saying it is detrimental to my health to wear.
Dr. Miller saved my life when he found that my widow maker artery was over 80% occluded! If it weren't for him I know I would be dead! He also treats both my mother and grandmother and I wouldn't have it any other way!
Saw Dr. Miller today, he was great. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He listened thoroughly to my concerns, and provided extensive council and options. I would highly recommend. Additionally, the office staff are extremely friendly and polite.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
