I damaged my kidney in a bicycle accident and after being released from the hospital I was instructed to find a urologist close to home for follow up. My PCP set me up with Dr Landau. He listened intently asked several questions and came up with a plan. He was very reassuring but also spoke candidly about all the possibilities regarding the current and future condition of the kidney. I dont know yet if I will still have the kidney months from now but I am confident that my prognosis will only be improved by working with Dr Landau.

Dr Landau was efficient and effective completing the procedure as expected. He made sure I was comfortable and well informed as to what would be done.

Dr landau was quick and efficient and the time waiting in the room was minimal. We did wait a bit in the waiting room but I wasn’t bothered by it. The check in process was a little lengthy and with today’s technology I could have filled out all of that information from home before the appointment making my time at the office quicker and shorter wait times

On time no wait. The antesthetic did not get applied properly so it was completely useless. I don’t feel like he answered my questions very well. And he’s selling what he has not sharing other options.

I believe that Dr. Landau is a probably a good doctor.However I waited for him for almost one hour before I met with him.Then he spent in total time less than 5 minutes with me.. He did have a nurse Shanna come in to work with me on medications she seemed efficient but was so busy she was more interested in getting me finished with what needed to be done and I assume move on to the next person.I had what was to me important medication questions and I never saw Dr Landau again so hopefully Shanna is well versed in the medicine that I am going to try as I am switching what I am currently using. Shanna did keep her word and diligently followed through and called me about her ordering the meds at the pharmacy. I very much appreciated that.But I definitely did not get a feeling that I was important to their practice. In fact I felt unimportant.

Dr. Landau took time to listen to my concerns and took into consideration my needs as we made a treatment plan for kidney stones. I can highly recommend Dr. Landau
