Dr Pandita is AMAZING So kind and very helpful Listens to and answer questions. I recommend him to anyone needing a pulmonologist

I enjoyed visiting with Dr Pandita. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease for the sleep test. That was a month ago. STILL trying to get his staff to schedule the test. Left messages several and I cant get anyone to call me back. I dont want to start over with another Dr but if this goes on much longer Ill have to. Makes me wonder what kind of care Ill actually get once I get there since it is so hard just to get a call back. Disappointed.

Awful. From the rude and incompetent staff. To being told I would be seen 6 months later for PST testing.. I called on a Tuesday to say I needed help as my 02 levels were sinking. No reply. I called on Weds. to say the same. Receptionist said she did not know when He will have the time to return my call. i needed his MA to call. I landed at St. Marks Hospital with an acute COPD Exacerbation. $5.00 worth of an Action Plan will cost me a few Gs. I will not being going back. Or recommending this outfit.

Was ordered to take an oximeter home and return...did that 31. Still no results called to my PCP...cant get ahold of them on the phone now even after I called more than a week after returning their oximeter. Anything Granger related is sub par anyway. Intermountain facilities are the best.

I had to complete a Second Sleep Study during a Pandemic putting my health at risk being 66 years old and immune compromised because he said I need a different type of CPAP. He knew this beforehand but Never told me at the time because he says my insurance wouldnt pay for the other one. They Cancelled my first appointment for it and it was difficult trying to get it rescheduled. During this second sleep study the Technician told me he was Tired of Being careful about the coronavirus telling me about his Recent travels out of the country. Needless to say I didnt sleep very well that night. Then tried to call to get my appointment as a Televisit. Had to leave a message. No return call. Called again at my appointment time sat on Hold 10 minutes Then had to leave a message. Still No return call as of the Next Day. This is not unusual for Granger Medical.

I went with my mom to her pulmonology appt with Dr. Pandita at Granger Medical for a chronic cough and pleural effusion. I was impressed with both the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Wed never met Dr. Pandita. On her first visit he was very thorough with my moms medical history looking up past reports from previous surgeries shes had and considering how those factored into her current lung situation. He addressed her current concerns and gave her treatment for those but also ordered some more tests to find out what lead to her current lung situation. He clearly told us how we would treat now and how we would move forward.Unfortunately on all subsequent visits we found Dr. Padita to be passive and dismissive of the continuing issues that werent being helped with the treatments he prescribed. He simply told us my mom would need to continue those treatments in hope that they may work sometime in the future. He didnt address her inability to sleep at night for to the coughing or her inability to lie flat due to the effusion.Contrast this to a later visit we had with his PA. She prescribed medicine to help with the coughing so my mom could sleep at night. She gave her stronger inhalers to help with the breathing issues and these issues have now mostly resolved.

Dr. Pandita is kind brilliant and caring. Match that with a kind and efficient staff and I don’t see a reason to consider any other caregiver.

To begin with the staff at the office were all very nice professional. It was my first visit with Dr. Pandita even though I was a bit nervous he was able to calm my anxiety help me focus. I liked him very much would highly recommend him to all my family friends
