I really loved my kids doctor, Katie mcgelligot, but over the last year her staff has become very rude from tipping papers out of my hands to just plain out hanging up on me. I no longer take my kids there any more and haven't for about a year now the last tome we had contact i went in there every single day for a week to get kickball records after getting rude with the receptionist she happened to "find " my papers all of a sudden

Dr. Brogli and the entire staff has been beyond helpful. They have been so good with my little guy, they talk with you not at you. So important when it comes to healthcare. The billing end of things has also ran smoothly.

We've been taking our kids here for several years now, and have always been attended to quickly. The place is always clean, and the customer service is also very good. The only downside is they no longer ask you to pay your copay before/during the visit or even ask if you have one, but instead send you a bill for the copay and charge you $5 plus interest for not paying the copay during the visit, which is just down right rotten. If you don't want to pay the $5 no copay fee, then you better know the amount and insist you pay it in the office otherwise they won't tell you in order to charge you more.Don't get me wrong, we love this place, it's just frustrating the way they handle copayments now. We'll just have to hand over our debit card each time and have them ask why. Then get it in writing if they say we don't need to pay anything at that time.

Love the doctors, secretaries, everyone there! They are all super nice and very understanding and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I drive out of my way just to take my kids here :) love it!!!

This is the worst pediatrics office ever. It's poorly managed, inefficient and the clinic staff is down right rude. While the doctors are good they are constantly running behind and we've never experienced a wait time of less than 45 minutes.

This is a wonderful place to take your children. We see Dr Jake Jones. He's new here bit wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, they are very clean and very helpful. They are almost always on time. And for a doctor's office that's rare. I do wish there was a seperate area for sick kids and well kids, but they don't have room in their current office.
