Truly the best ophthalmologist I have ever encountered. Furthermore, never have I been welcomed and treated like family by any physician. Dr. Williams staff’s professionalism is the benchmark all physicians so strive to achieve. Never has a surgeon sent a floral bouquet post surgery, additionally, receiving a card…thanking me for choosing their services—absolutely phenomenal and stratospherically superior!

We are so grateful that my father recommended Dr. Williams to us. Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable, professional, and personal. He has a great staff working for him and they are very professional and take their time to ensure everything is perfect before surgery. I was very impressed by Dr. Williams the day of my husband surgery to be greeted by him and calling me by my first name. Following surgery Dr. Williams dropping by and talking to us for a few. We want to thank Dr. Williams and staff for the beautiful flowers that was delivered this morning. To my husband. We would highly recommend Dr Williams to anyone.

My appointment: 2/3/2020 I do not recommend this specific provider. I made an appointment for a surgery consult for my right eye. Brice Williams, MD was more interested in teaching the student provider with him than he was addressing my needs. He did not ask me if it was okay if there was a student involved in my care. I never gave permission. Instead of asking why I made the appointment, he had me do a series of expensive tests involving light. I do have early stages of glaucoma and the only reason I made an appointment with him was to discuss a possible surgery. After they were done looking in my eyes to see how far it has developed – the doctor excused himself and the student

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My daughter had something in her eye and after walking in to two different ophthalmology offices and being told they don’t take walk ins and couldn’t see her, we called Dr. Williams and he said to bring her right in and would see her. He was kind, patient, and gentle with my daughter- instantly relieving her pain. Love doctors who go above and beyond to help! Thank you!

I think that he is a good doctor but he does not keep his appointments with you. So you have to have a very open schedule to have him as your Eye care specialist. I have had appointments scheduled in advance by 6 months to 1 year. His office keeps calling me to reschedule my appointments. Do to his Iron Man races. He is not very loyal to his customers. He was reccomended to me by his partner Dr Clayson whom has retired. I thought that he would be a good person. I do not think so any more. If a doctor has to reschedule his appointments more than one time, than he/she is not a good doctor to see. I've been going to Dr Clayson for over 30 years and then to Williams for less than 5 years. I am not happy with him. My sister was seeing him as well and his staff would not bill her insurance right, and then expected her to pay at her next appointment before seeing him. She has gone elswere. Do not Trust Clayson and Williams eye center, or is it now called Williams and Clayson eye care center. You decide.

Dr Williams and his staff are professional and friendly in their work. They have the expertise and equipment to accomplish their work. Life to me is finding professional people you can trust. I trust Do Williams and his staff with my eyes. He has performed eyelid surgery in addition to the standard checkups.

Dr. Williams is an exceptional physician with impressive skills while remaining personable and approachable.

Dr. Clayson, and now Dr. Williams, have been my ophthalmologists for over 20 years. Having had severe myopia since I was a child, I've had many long and painful visits with other eye doctors. Clayson/Williams Eye Center is the epitome of professionalism and high-quality health care. Wait times are prompt and reasonable. The staff is caring and professional. I also received out-patient Lasik surgery from them as well, and it turned out beautifully. I wouldn't trust my eye-care to anyone else.

Best medical office I go to. The staff are friendly and efficient. This is important to me. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to see Dr. Williams. He answers all my questions and is thorough in his exams. He has also been my surgeon twice. I trust him implicitly.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The docs are professional, helpful, and friendly.
