List of Chad Gonzales's Reviews
I've seen Dr. Gonzalez for 17 years and have been quite pleased with his attention to detail and overall concern for my health. My biggest complaint is how in the past 5 years, he has cut back his clinical/office hours to a few hours a week so he can spend the rest of the week doing scopes. He then passes you off to his NP that knows only the basics when it comes to treating IBD/crohns. It's really disappointing when you want to get his expertise but get passed off to a nurse.
Dr. Gonzales is a very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. Very worth the drive all the way from Logan! We are grateful for all of his knowledge and service
Dr Gonzales is fantastic! He takes the time to get to know my complicated mess and does everything he can to help me. Including coordinating with several other doctors some of which are out of state. He works with my transplant IRP team with ease on me.
I have been seeing for almost 20 yrs. He was a great Dr until 5 yrs ago. If you don't have cancer or some big disease he won't see you. He hands you off to his side kick. That gets really frustrating when you are really sick. I went to the U of U to have my colon removed. Since then I have went to the ER for some issues and I still cannot get into see him. Don't waste your time with these guys go see someone who cares!
Dr Gonzales & Nurse Early always show interest and concern with me in my visits
This people make me spend over $5000 in a endoscopy and a colonoscopy to tell me I have H-pillory. In case you don’t know you can run a saliva test that is way cheaper to diagnose something like that. I’ve only saw Dr Chad gonZalez at the moment of the procedure he asked a quick question ( where is your pain) by away I still have pain he told me I have acid reflex??! I’ve never have acid reflex. They scheduled an appointment to review the results and he wasn’t there. His PA didn’t know about white spots he mentioned after the procedure. So up to today he hasn’t give me any accurate information of what he saw on the endoscopy or the biopsy results . This last appointment I was late 10 min late because I work until 4:30pm and my appointment was at 4:30pm their policy is 5 min so they refuse to see me .but the appointment before this one I’ve waited over 35min in a room for the PA to come talk to me. They offer to reschedule it but I don’t want to keep putting money on their pockets just to not get answers or see the doctor. Aggravating!! Definitely not recommend by any means!
We have been so appreciative of Dr Gonzales and his staff over the years. It is always a wonderfully hopeful, caring and informative experience to visit with Dr Gonzales. We feel as though they consider us as family. Thank You
He was patient and listened closely to my issues. This was my first visit and highly recommend Dr Chad Gonzales as he provides you with a real treatment plan by the end of the appointment. —Dr. Dawn Stewart, M.D. and patient
Love Dt. Gonzales and his staff. They are great to work with and I feel like I sm in good hands
I got called back to my room and was having my initial check in by Dr Gonzales's nurse, before she even finished, he walked in and without even asking me a question, told me I has IBS. [He determined this by looking at my history before he walked in] He spent 2- minutes with me and left to write up a list of medicines to take. Turns out, I was totally misdiagnosed. I got another opinion and have severe distal diverticulosis with thickening of the distal sigmoid colonic wall. I also have signs of peritoneal carcinomatosis. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy to determine how bad things are. So glad I did not listen to Dr Gonzales.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
