Chad Tingey's Online Review Report Card

It has been almost 2 years since I had the CO2 laser procedure done on my face and neck and I'm still seeing results! I started with a very freckled and discolored complexion before the procedure. Afterwards, my face was clear with noticably less wrinkles. Even now I am still getting compliments on my clear complexion all the time. Dr. Tingey did an amazing job. I was comfortable the whole time and he has great bed side manners. I also have had IPL laser treatments on my chest. His team of nurses are exceptional! I highly recommend Dr. Tingey and his staff!

I had a laser procedure on a vein in my left leg. I ended up in the emergency room two days later with complications. A nurse from his office requested my patient records and diagnosis from this ER visit be sent via a non secure email. I was advised to speak to the doctor based on hippa laws. I believe he is busy but I never expected as a patient under his care to be treated with such disrespect. I was on the phone for only a few minutes. I was considering future procedures. But based on how I was treated I canceled my follow up visit and future surgeries on my other leg. Patients should should be treated with dignity and respect. When that doesn't happen I recommend finding someone who is professional.

Hands down Dr.Tingey and staff are the best!!

Dec. 2, 2019. Dr. Chad Tingey removed a basal cell carcinoma in the lower right Section of my nose. I found this was accomplished with minimal discomfort or pain, and the Mohs technique used gives me the confidence that the cancer cells have been removed. His team is efficient, professionally prepared and very capable. They took care of me with excellent procedural technique, as well as warm and friendly support. They did a great job! GEA.

Place should pay me for wasting my time. I told them I had liberty health share on the phone and they scheduled the appointment. I get there and they tell me that they don’t work with liberty healthshare. They should honestly write a check for wasting my time.

Dr. Tingey and his staff are professionals with a very caring and personal touch. There's never a wait. The assistants ensure you understand every detail of the procedure and keep you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Tingey always tries the least invasive route first to minimize unnecessary cutting and stitches. He has a great sense of humor!! 10/10 would highly recommend!

If I could rate a zero I would. Paid 600+ to have ear lobes repaired and my ear lobes are still different sizes to this day. I have called many times to have him fix this and he refused to even see me again or I have to pay all over again. His secretary was very rude too. I don't recommend him to anyone and don't understand his glowing reviews, obviously relatives or close friends leaving the reviews. Now im stuck with hideous lobes unless I pay someone all over again to do the job he should've done in the first place. All of my family and friends agree that my lobes are completely different sizes.

I visited Dr. Tingey’s office this summer and was impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Ogden Clinic Dermatology. I felt safe with the COVID-19 precautions the office took and everyone I came in contact with wore masks and practiced physical distancing. I met with esthetician Lara and she was phenomenal. Not only does she have years of experience in her field and a wonderful bedside manner, I saw immediate results with the laser hair removal treatments she administered. I had 7 treatments in another office and still had unsightly persistent facial hair growth, but I was very happy with the results after just two treatments with Lara. I am so glad that I came in and hope that this practice continues to expand (out of state!!) so I can continue with treatments when I return home to Texas!
