I have been on the phone several times in the last few days trying to get an insurance issue resolved with a medication. The staff has been difficult to get on the phone and the only answer I am getting is that they will put a note in my chart and I’ll get a call back when a course of treatment has been determined. Soonest in person appointment I can get is more than two weeks out. So far, after 4 days, nothing has been done and I have not received a call back.

Dr O'Brien is one of only a few Dr that has been ease to talk to. She listens to you and treats you with respect. She is very good at her job.

Dr OBRIEN is very thorough as well as personable. I have a chronic illness aND would not feel comfortable or trust any other Dr. I have been with Dr OBrien for about 18 years and have no complaints.
