I believe surgery was great however the care I received once I got to my room was so bad I’ll never use this hospital again. Rude nurse and everyone acted like we were the problem even after we had waited over an hour. Pretty bad when another employee knew just who the nurse was. Also the head nurse and rehab guy never came back to see me like they said they would. Terrible communication they all assumed I was staying the night and that was never my plan. Ordered food took over an hour and it was not edible couldn’t eat the soup for the salt was so high and you could smell and taste chemicals in the tuna sandwich. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hospital.

Not comfortable going to new clinic and doctor. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I didn’t get any relief from my pain, I have to wait 8 days for a spine injection.😒

Dr. Aucoin and his staff were friendly and caring. He spent time with me and really listened. I didn't feel like he was in a hurry. I highly recommend him.

Office staff was extremely rude, I arrived 20 minutes prior to my 1 pm appointment. I was told at that time my appointment had already been cancelled as a no show. Even though my appointment time was 15 minutes away. I had all my paper work, my MRI on a disk and the MRI report. She first told me I couldn't be seen with out my MRI disk. When I showed her that she claimed that Dr Aucoin had surgery that afternoon. After the gal at the desk argued with me, went to ask the MA and wasted another 20 minutes finally said I could be seen. I waited for another 1 hour and 30 minutes in the waiting room while they called multiple other patients back for Dr Aucoin. I asked it I would be seen, she said yes eventually. Finally at 2:45 I left. I hope Dr Aucoin knows that his office staff is turning away paying patients. I would never schedule another appointment with the Ogden Spine Clinic. Dr Aucoin's MA would never come speak to me. This office is awful.

Everyone we encountered at our office visit was very nice. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about what we were talking about. We would highly recommend your office to anybody in need of the same medical attention.

Dr.Aucoin took his time going through my images and explaining everything to me. He answered all my questions and explained why he recommended a surgical option over another.

Dr. Aucoin was very thorough explaining my Ba ck problem. I feel very comfortable with him taking care of my back problem. He is a true example af a person you trust caring for you.
