Great experience. Went in today for an EMG/NCS. The tech was amazing!! I had a little bit of anxiety going into it, and she kept me calm. Dr. Hammond was professional, thorough, and efficient. I was cleared of anything wrong with my nerves, so that was the cherry on top!

Had sleep study March 25th. Results say I have sleep apnea. I was told by Ogden clinic in order to get a CPAP machine I have to see Dr. Hammond. He was booked out until July 7th. I was called on July 1st to tell me Dr Hammond is not in the office on July 7th. Waiting over 2 months after sleep study to get a CPAP is ridiculous. Then to have Dr. Hammond cancel my appointment with his office and put me off another two week is not very professional. Now I am rescheduled for July 21st his next available appointment. Very upset about their customer service. They don't seem to care about the patient!!!!

Awful experience. Takes forever to do a sleep study then I was told The Maxine wouldn’t be ordered until after the visit which isn’t until March 16th then it could be 1-2 months to get the CPAP. What bothers me is that Jen the Operations Manager told me it was because of my insurance. I called my insurance and found out that was a lie. Why would you trust your life without th people who tell lies. That to me clarifies Chris Hammond and his staff’s credibility. Which I am now going to the State Medical Board to file a complaint because this guy doesn’t deserve to practice medicine.

The assistants at the front desk are rude and horrible. The Dr is incompetent! He prescribed me a Bi-pap machine. I could never use it through the night. Since that time (years ago) I have seen two other sleep doctors. I have taken multiple sleep studies. All studies show that I need ASP V-pap, not bi-pap! No pap made things worse during my studies. I’d avoid this DR at all costs and go elsewhere. What a waste of time and money!

Did teleheath appointment. Easy to use and access. Met with sleep lab respiratory therapist who was aware of my records and explained my sleep lab test results before and after using the ASV machine. Answered my questions.

I recently had a telehealth visit with Dr Hammond. He was very professional, nice, caring, asked lots of questions, and he listened to my concerns.

He was easy to talk to, listened, and was efficient in getting to the bottom of our problem. My husband and I each have a CPAP machine. I could tell my husband had been having trouble. Dr Hammond immediately picked up on that and ordered Oximeter testing for both of us. This worked out well because my husband does not like being singled out. The problem was found with him and is being worked on as we speak.
