Maybe they have replaced the front office staff by now, but in general I found the staff and practitioners to be non-responsive to calls, emails, and messages. This included for refills of medications, making appointments, and mental health emergencies. Over a 1 week period 15 calls were made by the pharmacy and myself for help with a refill with no response- this lead to withdrawals from the medication and a trip to the ER- where the doctor was still unable to get a response from the oncall. Find somewhere else.

WARNING!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - DO NOT HIRE If you want to improve the relationships in your life, DO NOT use Dr. Bradley Edgington. Visiting with him was sickening and shockingly toxic. Dr Edgington didn't asked questions to help communication, was not nice or thoughtful, cared more about getting paid the helping us, talked down to us, was aggressive and very threatening. Within 30 minutes of meeting, Dr Edgington said, "You are not going to have a relationship with your son"... WOW, speechless and unacceptable. Both my father and I were taken back by his comments and vocally expressed our desire have a relationship, to which he rudely belittled me. Needless to say we didn't go back to Dr. Bradley Edgington office and have improved our relationship without his toxicity.

Rebecca Harvey was great for the most part. I was seeing her for a while, and suggested to return to a previous medication that worked better than the one she put me on. She promptly called me a drug seeking patient. I have never been back since because of her rudeness

Standard clinic. Occasional billing issues, but they get resolved. You might need to go with a nurse practitioner if you want to see them anytime this year.

I've only had good experiences overall. My therapist is great and really knows her stuff where my problems are concerned. I took one star off because it can be difficult to get prompt responses, and there is often confusion around prescription refills. They are taking steps to streamline such matters better though, so I may add the star back in later. Othwr than that, I can definitely recommend this place.
