Neurofeedback at Aspen Valley Wellness has been a game changer for me. I started doing it to help with depression and anxiety and it has improved both immensely. I've been going for a few years now with longer or shorter periods between sessions depending on how I'm feeling. It really has changed and improved my life dramatically.

I recommend this practice to anyone seeking help or healing! I have high respect for these practitioners and their specific approaches. Many therapy clinics will not spend the time or money to train and provide these unique services that Aspen Valley does. They truly care to help people in a holistic and complete sense. Can't recommend enough!

Jessica and Aspen Valley Wellness were pivotal in helping me get a grasp on my mental health. If it weren't for them, I am not sure where I'd be now. They helped me along my journey to optimal brain health, and mood stability/regulation. The effects are real, and long lasting, with visual, measurable results through the qEEG brain mapping. When it came time for me to relocate back to Hurricane, UT, they even helped me find a clinic who was compatible with their systems so my treatment could continue uninterrupted. If no stars was an option. I met with a therapist once, and she told me about neurofeedback. I paid $500+ to take the kit home, and she told me she would be contacting me throughout the process. She never contacted me during the process, and when I had to return the device, I never received any follow-up calls or sessions. Thankfully, I was able to trust the therapy process again by seeking a therapist outside of this practice. Aspen was a waste of my time and money. Couldn’t tell you who the therapist was because I’m receiving an email for review three years later.

Aspen Valley is by far the most professional and personable counseling company I have ever had the pleasure of being associated with. The staff is top notch and the medical advice is amazing along with neurofeedback. Absolutely life changing.

I have had the best therapeutic experience with Jessica! I started visiting her about two years ago, and she has helped me work through such a wide range of personal issues. I always feel better and more like myself again after I see her. She is open-minded, incredibly competent, and easy to open up to. Her office is also gorgeous and so relaxing to be in. She also works with a variety of age groups, so she was also able to help my young daughter with her issues, and I couldn't be more grateful for all she's done for us!
