This team has been a pleasure to work with; they are responsive, professional and sensitive to our needs as a client and a family. The caregiver that was assigned to take care of my 89 year old mom was carefully assessed for our specific needs and has been a great support. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and prompt. My husband and I enjoyed an awesome break away thanks to Homewatch Caregivers! We receive services several times/week. Upon initial contact, they immediately implemented the services and assistive devices needed. They took care of all the details with the dr and insurance. The office staff have been professional, kind, and understanding in getting and coordinating services. The caregivers are wonderful! Even the "greenies" trained quickly and they are all a bright spot in our day. Everyone has gone above and beyond in helping to provide us with excellent care!

I have worked with several members of the care team at Homewatch and have been so impressed over the years. They go the extra mile to truly do what they can to assist their clients, even beyond what is needed or even what they are compensated for. They truly try to connect them with services in the community even outside the scope of their specialty and treat them as their own family when they can serve them.

Homewatch CareGivers believes that good care should not interfere with quality of life for loved ones. They deliver compassionate care to clients needing help to complete ADL’s, companionship, and transportation while still maintaining a healthy dose of independence. The CNA’s and office staff do their best with getting everything taken care of to make sure the patients are taken care of.

I worked for the Orem location for 7 years. The employees are passionate both in the field and office. They provide superior care to the disabled and elderly community with private pay and Medicaid services.

Only giving a 1* because you have to in order to leave a review. This company tries to tell you that other home health and hospice companies aren't companies who can do care for your family unless they have some bed sore or something. They tell dr offices they will do the care services and set up time to meet up with patients and dr to set up a plan then not show up nor call to say they are running late or won't be making it and they also tell patients they're refusing to do the care services after they said they could with no problem do all services including carry up and down stairs when you made first contact to ask about services. They begged for the meeting and to do services so we would reccomend them to other patients in which they weren't very reliable to even show up for the meeting to get services set up

I personally had the privilege working for HW for over 10 years. They are loyal to all the clients as well as Caregivers/ CNA . HW is an outstanding company with fantastic personnel. The clients that I worked with were always appreciative and valued the loyalty HW provides.
