Melissa Kendall's Online Review Report Card

I wish there were more stars so I could rate her higher than five stars...my son is autistic non verbal, and he had his wellness check today- We loved her already, but today, she was accidentally double booked all morning, and just running like crazy to catch up, but she took a good 10 minutes to help my son feel comfortable with her looking in his ears and throat- that is priceless. He left happy, and less afraid of goog to the doctor because of her. She is amazing!

Best pediatrician!!!! We totally love her !!! She helps us so much with my daughters asthma and she know exactly when a red flag is up!!! She will immediately start treatment!!! We are lost without her when she is not working !

Excellent doctor and I have seen a lot. Interacts with child and listens to parents to address their needs.

Dr. Kendall is an absolutely amazing doctor. She always had time for us and our questions. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time. She was kind, and patient. My kids love her so much. We unfortunately had to move states and our kids still ask why they can't go to their favorite doctor. Thanks for everything you did for us Dr. Kendall.

This is the second time we go to her for my 23 months old girl and the 2 time she has been so kind , knowledgeable and so right about what was going on with my daughter, thanks yo her quick response after checking my daughters oxygen level we were able to get her to the hospital on time to start treatment !!!! Very recomendable

Dr Kendall sometimes was not even in the office when we arrived for our appointment. 4 of my 5 children needed major surgery. She did not refer us to a surgeon, we were referred by an ADHD doctor that examined my boys. When one of my children was allergic to the metal bars placed in her chest Dr. Kendall was not helpful, although the surgeon contacted her about surgery, and my daughter did not receive appropriate care. It has been two years and my child is still disabled due to the complications. Before surgery, Dr. Kendall was at a game at her school, said hi to Dr. Kendall, and Dr. Kendall would not even speak to her.

We absolutely love Dr. Kendall! She is very knowledgeable and calm with babies and kids. She truly cares about you and your situation, and is the kindest doctor out there! We live in Springville, but make the drive to north Orem just to see her!

We love Dr. Kendall! She is so calm and attentive with children, and never seems to be in a hurry. I agree that the office staff doesn't try to push you to come in, but they know when it's necessary to come in. They are also kind and understanding when I have to reschedule an appointment.

Our family LOVES Dr Kendall! She is so kind to our children. She is a phenomenal doctor, well educated and detail oriented. Dr Kendall cares for our children as if they were her own! She goes the extra mile to make sure they are well taken care of. Words can't describe what a remarkable doctor she is to our two sons and daughter. She always follows through! We love how cheerful she is and love how she smiles and loves our children. She is very competent and always knows the best way to treat our children. We feel so blessed to have had her for a doctor for the past fifteen years.

Dr. Kendall is absolutely wonderful. She is so good with babies and children, and does not seem to be in a hurry ever. The office staff and nurses are also wonderful, and have been completely helpful at answering questions after hours. They didn't push me to bring my daughter in, but also knew when to tell me to bring her in to the office. Dr. Kendall is very relaxed, and doesn't make me feel dumb for answering what I would think are "silly" questions. She also has a very good idea about development, and knows when to worry if there is a problem.
