This was my first visit here to see Dr. Tammy Jacobs and I was very impressed. Tammy was very knowledgeable and patient. I feel like I have a better understanding of what is going on with my body and s good plan to make things better after years of thinking that I just had to deal with my miserable problems and allergies. Thank you so much, I'm very glad that I found her office.

Nice facility. Dr was very knowledgeable and was patient in explaining things to me. She was courteous, tuned into me, and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Jacobs.

The people there didn’t introduce themselves, they didn’t explain what they were going to do, they tested mainly for environmental things when my son has issues with food. I was left in the room for 15 minutes with no idea of what was going on because they just dumped me and my son in there and left. I didn’t feel like I could talk to them because I had to interrupt in order to ask a question, and I felt like they dismissed my questions. The general vibe I got off of the allergist was that since my son wasn’t allergic to nuts, other food allergies were of no concern because kids can grow out of them. It felt like they were just trying to get my son’s test done as soon as possible so that they could get me out of the door and out of their hair. I left this place in tears. It was not a good experience.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Dr. Jacobs, Dr. Burkhardt, Melissa (my fav) and all the staff are so kind, helpful and funny.

She was good at explaining allergies to us and took her time. She didn't really explain what the scratch test for skin allergies entailed nether did her nurse that administered the test so my kid was very surprised by the pain of it, and the nurse was impertinent about it (kid was 6yrs. and flinching a lot). I'd give 4+ stars for the doctor who was pleasant and knowledgeable and one star for her front end staff and nurse that were rude and dismissive (I'd fire them all except the youngish one that bleaches the ends of her hair from dark brown to blonde- she was polite and nice, and seamed to try and make up for the other's bad manners). We also waited nearly an hour to get in a roon where we then waited another 20 minutes to meet with the doctor. We don't have a big enough allergy problem to need to go back, and I'm glad purely because her rude staff wrecked my otherwise nice experience. June, 27 2018 afternoon visit.
