My husband came in for a knee issue and swelling that extends down to his ankle. They took an X-ray before the doctor even saw him. Then Dr Heiden came in and said actually we need to do an MRI, you might need surgery. Really… waste of money and time for an X-ray. We felt like a number and he could care less about the concerns my husband had and questions he felt were unanswered. Then we were encouraged to use his MRI “guys”. Dr Heiden was in the room for 3 minutes (how can you do a real exam in that time) with my husband. It was so so frustrating. We felt he didn’t care about the knee issue my husband was experiencing. We are following up with a different doctor. Not coming here!!!!

Hi, I feel that I MUST write an honest review after going to dr. Heiden many tImes for a number of problems. This time it was a knee problem with terrible pain & nearly walking. He treated me like a friend & didn’t do what I wanted him to do but, instead did the best treatment for my problem. He itreats all like they are his friends with no airs, but instead with healing technology. His aids are wonderful also. If you are in need of orthopedic help, see him FIRST. Don’t wait to see what happens & make treatment more difficult. Although he does well with difficult also.Thank you Dr. Heaiden!

I saw Dr. Heiden, twice, at UCDavis Sports Medicine when he was practicing in Sacramento. I had shoulder and knee surgery in the early 2000’s and I have had absolutely no problems since. When he left for Utah, Sacramento lost a fine surgeon.

I was in terrible pain and they got me in the next day! The entire staff was really nice and easy to work with as was the doctor who was so professional and no fluff just the facts! He will be doing my replacement surgery! Great experience!

I can’t imagine what the office staff or Dr Heiden could do to have made my Park City visit any better. The office staff was welcoming and cheerful. Dr Heiden explains his treatment clearly & discusses what future steps could be taken for resolution.His demeanor is pleasant & professional; his resume is impressive. I felt “ in good hands!”

Dr. Heiden is awesome! I brought my 12 year old in for a follow up to a recent ski injury at the recommendation of our pediatrician. Dr. Heiden gave us great care and had wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with a sports related injury.
