Wasatch Pediatrics Summit Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

Not only do we love our doctor, Dr. Monica Schaffer, I wanted to specifically give kudos to Dr. Lavender, the lactation consultant Dusty, and one of their front desk employees, Ingrid. The past couple of visits we’ve had have exceeded my expectations. Each one of these employees went above and beyond my expectations and helped me in many ways caring for BOTH my sons. We love Summit Pediatrics!

No consistency whatsoever. Every time I come here I feel rushed by the doctors, I never feel a warm welcome. It always feels very robotic and non transparent; they just want to get to the next patient asap and be done. The energy is not pleasant I can’t trust them. Don’t ask too many questions about your kids health because they get upset and the vibe only gets worse. I have the highest expectations when it comes to my children’s needs and they don’t meet nor exceed them in any way. I have switched to a different facility elsewhere. Most of their doctor’s are recent school graduates (who need to go and ask the most senior Dr for advice each time) and the most experienced one needs to better the attitude and be truly genuine. I always ask if they can disinfect the room in-front of me so I can rest assured it’s sanitized for my kids and they try to argue about how it’s already been cleaned instead of complying. I complaint to the office manager & she immediately tried to cover up the doctors so why bother to try and fix it when they don’t see the big picture. Dr Whit with 45+ years of experience moved locations which was a bummer for our family.

Everyone has been friendly, efficient, and caring to us here. We love Dr. Mark Witt. He is attentive, warm, knowledgeable, and takes his time with us, going over everything in detail and answering all of my questions. I have been very impressed (as a mom and a nurse) and he has stellar bedside manner. My little guy loves him. Highly recommend.

Dr Schaffer is such a wonderful pediatrician. She is patient, caring, personable, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She has a very calm presence. She spends time with her patients and you never feel rushed. She shows a genuine care for your child's wellness and well-being. Wait time is usually very short. Nurses and Front desk staff are great - friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend.

Shout out to Abby with Dr. Witt. My daughter threw up in the lobby and she jumped to offer water. I asked if she had anything less nauseating than water and she ran to the vending machine to grab a Gatorade. I’m assuming it was on her dime. Thank you so much! We love dr Witt and will gladly drive to his office but it’s tricky when your kid doesn’t feel well. I work in a medical office. We always have little juice boxes for littles who have the stomach flu. Having some sugar helps with the nausea. Anyway, just a suggestion :)

Sooooo nice!! My daughter and I are in town visiting my parents and of course she got super sick overnight. I called and spoke to a nurse there who was very reasonable and supportive and calmed down my crazy mommy nerves! They were able to get us in for a same day appointment, as opposed to going to urgent care which is always so chaotic and scary. We saw Dr. Witt. He was excellent as was his staff. They even have Popsicles! Hopefully we do not have to see them next time we visit Park city but so glad to know they are there! Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Webster has been both of my daughters pediatrician since they were born (18 years now) and I have to say without hesitation that she is the best doctor I have ever had and I feel so grateful for her kind and empathetic bedside manner. She is so good with children and you can tell she loves what she does. She always has a smile to greet you, she is never in a hurry and she is completely truthful and easy to talk to. We love live Dr. Leslie.

The staff there is horrible. Really rude, and talks down to everyone (I have seen it happen to others as well). They act like they are doing you a huge favor by making an appt or checking you in when you arive. Having said that, I take my kids because I love the doctors. We have seen Lavender and Gallagher and they are both wonderful and love the kids. The nurses have all be kind and try ti make my kids laugh with shots and whatnot.

Not at all impressed by the office staff. It is nearly impossible to schedule appointments. I am always harassed that I don't book well check ups at least 4 months out. I'm sorry but I don't plan that far in advance, 1 month is hard enough for me to plan. After being told by Dr. Delgado, that if my sons rash doesn't improve to call and she would write a prescription. I did just as told and was told I would have to make a sick visit and bring him in, even though our conversation was in the notes. Since switching practices, it has become nearly impossible to transfer his medical records.
