List of Garron E. Miller's Reviews
Dr. Miller has been my sons pediatrician for 4 years and my daughters for 1 1/2 years. We always seem to have a good visit with him even though he always seems like he’s in a hurry. On Monday, 12/23/19, my son had a cough and fever. We took him to Dr. Miller on Christmas Eve to get checked and he said it was just a “cough”. On Christmas Day,12/25/19, my sons “cough got worst and we had to take him to another pediatrics office that was open where they actually took the time to test him. He was diagnosed with Tyle B Influenza. I feel like this should have been diagnosed the day I took him to Dr. Miller. My son was coughing during the appointment, his eyes were glossy and full of discharge and all Dr. Miller said it was only a cough. The next day, we took our little girl because she woke up with a red eye with discharge and we worried that she may have caught the Influenza from our son. We told him our son had influenza and we were worried she would have it. His response was “oh, he has influenza, she might have it too.” No tests were ran, nothing. Just a prescription to what he thought was pink eye. I’ve never been so disappointed. If it wasn’t for my mom instinct and I didn’t take my son again on Christmas Day, things probably would have been worst. I will be switching my kids to a new pediatrician that will actually care about their health.
He called DCFS on me when I didn’t take his advice. I’ve been a nurse 20+ years, mom of 4, been to him several times and he dismissed us, panicked that he might have missed something and called us back in. I told his staff we didn’t like our care (or lack of) and were going someplace else. When we made an appointment with another provider 2 days later he opened a medical neglect case because he couldn’t “verify” we went somewhere else. This was nothing close to a life or death situation. She had a back ache. Case closed without merit. Don’t bring your children here. He thinks his duty and opinion is greater than the parent. I always thought these cases were rare and never thought it could happen to me. Arrogance, “power” and loss of parental rights. He didn’t think twice about what would happen to our family. My daughter is sleeping in my room, afraid to go back to school where she was taken and interviewed without my consent. My home was visited by a case worker. It’s been nothing short of a nightmare all because, as the office manager said I “didn’t take his advice”. -our discharge instructions say “If worse or not improving in 3 days...call. May try physical therapy if wants.” The office manager is just as guilty for allowing it. Zero common sense from my fellow medical “professionals”.
I love Dr Miller! He is excellent with the kids & listens to my concerns as a parent. I am very impressed with the vision scanner that they've started implementing in the well child checks. Because of this, we were able to figure out that my son needed glasses at his 6 month check. Thank you Dr Miller and staff!
Dr. Miller never misses a thing with my kids. He will say what he thinks and sends them to specialist if needed. Every time I have gone to specialist they say the exact same thing Dr. Miller thought. (gives me peace of mind) I trust him with all 4 of my kids. He cares about his patients and is a great Dr. to see. My kids also love coming to see him. My kids have told me after the visit I like seeing Dr. Miller he is so nice. Which makes me feel even better that they trust him as well.
Dr. Miller was arrogant, dismissive and caused more harm to my child than good for a relatively minor issue. If I could give less than one star I could.
Dr. Miller is my favorite all time Pediatrician! My husbands oldest is 24 and our youngest is 2 and he has taken care of every need and worry we have faced with our 8 combined children's medical and mental health needs. Dr. Miller always puts me at ease and reassures me as a parent. My kids always ask if it's the same Dr. that they really like before they agree to appointments. His nurses are always very sweet and efficient as well. I have met with many Pediatricians but 10 years ago moving to Payson and taking the then 6 kids in, and how fantastic Dr. Miller was with all the different needs, I've felt so lucky to have found him. It's always very easy to make a sick child appointment and get in quickly, which I greatly appreciate because I panic when they are in pain, and like I said before Dr. Miller always reassures that it will be ok and it wasn't something I did or didn't do to my kids. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and his Staff!
Dr. Miller is the best Pediatrician my kids and I have ever met with, our oldest is 23 and the youngest is 2. The kids always ask if its the one they like before agreeing to be seen, no matter how deathly ill they feel. No on puts them or me at ease better with his knowledgeable answers and no nonsense attitude, my kids and I really appreciate him and his Staff as well, they have always been really great with us.
I trust Dr Miller completely he is the best Pediatric Doctor outhere. Looking forward to never have to change Dr and his awesome Staff! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SINCE DAY ONE!.
Dr. Miller is always very professional he is thrall, you get in and out of there quickly but with out feeling rushed. Dr Miller listens to your concerns and addresses all. He is very personal. And his staff is great.
He is a great doctor. He was able to diagnose my son when other doctors were not able to. He truly cares about his patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
