Wonderful experience here! My expectations were exceeded with the staffs prompt care and attentiveness. As a first-time mom, I had a lot of anxiety going into delivery with my baby. The nurses (Paige & Michelles) were so reassuring and helpful with providing education and guidance. I was also super impressed with the postpartum care, where you literally get your own queen bed to share with your partner. Comfortability 10/10, Service 10/10. I will never forget how pleasant they made my first birth experience.

I've always been told go to Payson Hospital if you plan on dying. Though my experience has not been to that extent, however they are an incompetent hospital. I was billed for them to do nothing to help me only to be sent to another hospital that could and got billed again. I've tried to get it resolved and taken care of but it's just one big racket and goat rope. I'll never go there again.

I've been to the ER twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times the nurses and doctors were so wonderful. They went above and beyond to get me feeling better and answer all my questions. It's a very small hospital but very clean and pretty.

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. Seriously DO NOT take your loved ones here. The most incompetent, messiest, zero communication between staff, no organization, worst experience of my life! I have PTSD just driving past this hospital. They should not be up and running! I want to sue this hospital for the lack of knowledge they possess. Seriously this hospital is a JOKE!!!!!!!!! It is ran by idiots!

I've taken my son here a few times to detox in the ER. Every visit went from scared as hell to its gonna be OK. They are super fast getting patients in and stabilized. The staff is kind and attentive. They know what to do without judging. They saved my sons life!! I Love this place❤️

Very pleased with how good the staff here has been to my Mom. Hospitals are one of the last places on earth anyone wants to be but everyone here is so friendly and attentive that they take away as much of that sting as possible.

My experience SUCKED !! The ambulance took me there I was so sick I couldn't walk or talk and they had a psych Dr. question me and that was it ?? I'm still sick. This was April -4-23 I don't know why they ignored my concerns but it wasn't the only time. Yah, I know why go there if it's horrible? I live 1 block away and I guess I was hoping they can't keep getting it wrong. When I get well I am going to let them know. . well I lost my primary Dr. From the diagnosis at this hospital. Whatever a Dr puts in your chart is like God himself said. So I am marked forever as a crazy person who was withdrawing from. ??? I don't know what has people going out of their way to do me harm in any fashion. Doesn't have to be physical. Being sober for 28 yrs and being of service has been flushed by words of evil men. I know what others think shouldn't matter but it is affecting my life. Negatively. This entire city of Payson from police to hospital and also where I live all is convinced of what's been said. Even though it's not true. WHY?? Still no answers.months later.

Received in ER via ambulance. Care by ER team was great. Kept me advised of what was going on with my plan of care. Moved to surgery and had the same great care. I know I was a bit rowdy when I came out of anesthesia. I apologize for anything off color or mean I may have said! I was moved to neurology floor and had the greatest care by my nurses and CNA’s. I would have these woman care for me anytime. And the food was good.
