Terrible experience here. Definitely will not come back. They are free to hire whom ever they wish to run the front desk. So long as they understand that me and my money are free to shop elsewhere. Go where your business is valued and appreciated. DONT GO HERE

It’s a very nice facility It is very clean and modern and almost futuristic. They have nice lockers to put your stuff while you’re doing your imaging. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

They canceled and rescheduled my daughters mri last minute because the machine broke down. She is now still having foot pain daily. And its been going on for months. She got denied workmans comp because of their inaccurate reading that nothing looked torn in her ankle. Now she has twisted it multiple times since. Their no need for surgery reading has screwed her over. She had to go back to work in severe pain EVERYDAY SINCE CRYING EVERY NIGHT She is Finally getting surgery at HER expense. She will have No paid time off to recover our private insurance may or may not cover it we are still waiting to hear. And she will have to pay out of pocket physical therapy anesthesiologist doctor bills knee scooter medication and possibly all the hospital surgery costs. Now she will have to go back to work before she can fully recover because she has bills to pay. I never will chose some discount place like this again only to suffer the long term cost and damage this has. I should have gone to the hospital. It may have cost more up front but I wouldnt get screwed in the long run. Total disaster this caused. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS ITS YOUR FREAKING JOB WHAT ARE WE PAYING YOU FOR? AND YOU DIDNT EVEN SEND THE WRITTEN REPORT TO THE DOCTOR BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT. OUR DR LOOKED AT THE RECORDS ON FILM FIRST WHILE WAITING ON YOU TO SEND THEM. HE SHOWED US HER INJURIES IN THE FILM. THEN 20 MIN LATER YOUR READING OUT CAME AND SAID SHE HAD NOTHING WHAT THE?? HE SAID HIS PHYSICAL EXAM TRUMPED YOUR READING RESULTS. and it does except you made it a hell of a lot harder to get prompt help. If we get denied coverage from our insurance I will seek legal help and compensation from your company. Thanks for the nightmare you created for us. I would give you no stars if I could. But inorder to leave a review I had to give at least one star.DISSAPOINTED AND EXHAUSTED BY THE AMOUT OF EXTRA WORK AND MONEY LOSS YOU HAVE CAUSED FOR US.😡ONEANGRYMOMMABEAR

Took my son for an MRI they were very friendly and informative. The facility was clean and it was fast. Great and friendly staff who helped us answer questions

I am so claustrophobic I cant even get an elevator and these guys were wonderful to work with they made sure I was OK every minute.VINT

Friendly staff quick service and great price. The technician was very accommodating to my needs and explained the process very well. He made sure I was comfortable with the process and that I understood that it was going to be noisy and offered headphones with music so I could tune out the noise. I used the option of an open tunnel instead of the enclosed and it was very nice. They are very accommodating.

I had an MRI previously that left me extremely anxious and unwilling to go forward. US MRI in Pleasant Grove was a completely different experience. They were kind the staff was knowledgeable and professional and I left with a CD for my doctor. It took me months to get a copy of my results from the original place.

MRI is clean comfortable professional. Friendly staff. Quick service.

Way cheaper than the hospital. Slow to respond with the radiologist report. Great service.
