Dr. Rameriz is the most caring and intelligent MD I have had the pleasure of knowing for a long time as I am now 83. I cannot go to her anymore due to my insurance United Healthcare and their buddy, Optum Care which is a complete waste of time and money, so sad!

Absolute worst dermatologist appointment I’ve ever had. I would run from this place. The staff is filled with people more busy having social hour with each other than caring about the patient. When you have an appointment together that is an agreement that we will both be there at the same time. I understand a 15 minute delay but I had to wait 45 minutes most of which was laying in a room in a gown. She has no concern for the patient and rushes in, barely listens to my concerns, only took 10 seconds to look at an issue I have been dealing with for over a year and proceeds to try and get me out of the room as fast as she can. It was like pulling teeth to get her to listen to my concerns and I didn’t even have time to go over all of my concerns. I explained an itchy spot on my skin that has been agony and instead of finding the root of it she says “well stop itching it.” I showed her some recent changes that I’ve noticed in my skin and she flat out ignored me and said she is doing

Absolute worst dermatologist appointment I’ve ever had. I would run from this place. The staff is filled with people more busy having social hour with each other than caring about the patient. When you have an appointment together that is an agreement that we will both be there at the same time. I understand a 15 minute delay but I had to wait 45 minutes most of which was laying in a room in a gown. She has no concern for the patient and rushes in, barely listens to my concerns, only took 10 seconds to look at an issue I have been dealing with for over a year and proceeds to try and get me out of the room as fast as she can. Well she didn’t and I had to again show her the issues. She acts unconcerned and sends me out the door with a prescription of steroids without even asking if I’ve been using strong cream on my skin. If I were to follow her instructions my skin would become paper thin and be worse… she didn’t tell me anything about this or caution me at all… She gave me two lotion samples and even though I told her they didn’t work for me in the past she didn’t care and still had me take them. I don’t know if that’s a deal she has with that brand but again she really didn’t seem to have any concern about what I said to her. I had some moles that she wanted to remove and before I knew what was going on she’s poking and cutting me. I felt violated and like I wasn’t even treated as a human. I wasn’t given follow up instructions on how to care for what she did to me which left me having to guess.

I appreciate that she always takes time to educate me and explain about the plan of care she has chosen for me. She is personable and yet professional at each visit.

Dr. Ramirez was professional and friendly. Explained the exam, was thorough and quick. Had one little biopsy done, and one spot frozen, and it was all done in less than 15 minutes. They called on the biopsy results like they said they would a couple of days later and relayed the information and answered questions. It was a great visit and treated well. With Covid-19, the staff and physician were masked which is understandable. When the time comes again for a check-up, for dermatology, I will get another appointment with her.

Really good bedside manners, addresses all concerns and has been very attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Ramirez first saw me on a telemed appointment. She was kind and concerned and made time in her busy schedule to see me later that day. I appreciate her willingness to make sure I was ok in such a timely manner. She was very professional, listened well, and explained the treatment I needed. I would highly recommend her.
