Dr. Christiansen was nice enough. It was my first time meeting with him, though (our old PCP doesn’t accept our insurance anymore), and all he did was read off the family history questionnaire… no physical exam, at all. I told him my dad had thyroid cancer, and he didn’t even do a physical check. Even my OB does that. I am obese and bound to have health concerns, but, nothing! I asked for bloodwork, and the clinic called me back within a couple of days, so that’s why I gave two stars. Maybe he was just distracted? I don’t know, but I’m going to keep looking for a new PCP…

Great Medical Clinic. Great service. Well organized. The staff could not be more friendly. Dr. Christiansen is a very knowledgable, kind and thoughtful physician. If you need medical assistance this is the place to be.

Unprofessional with my child. Kept telling my kindergartener that the reason we were there was because he was kissing girls getting “girl cooties and giving boy cooties.” The entire 10-15 mins was inappropriate and awkward. As a parent in a professional medical setting it was even more disturbing. 3 other female nurses were at the station right outside our door so I know they heard this conversation as well as the doctor talks at a higher level than normal. I’ll be making a complaint with the Pleasent View Clinic.
