He was the only doctor that found rsv in our son when we kept being told he was fine. He’s an amazing doctor.

I would recommend every parent to Dr. Madsen for their children physical and well being. Dr. Madsen is an excellent pediatrician he even calls after hours to see how my kiddos are doing after their blood work came in to tell me not to worry which put me at ease. He was my husband pediatrician and he is our children pediatrician. Great great doctor, wished I had 1 growing up.

Dr. Madsen has been so amazing. He was my doctor when i was a baby and now he take such good care of my son 💕. He is always calling and checking upon him, when he is not feeling well to make sure everything is okay. such a great doctor 110% recommend!! He has made being a 1st time mom so much easier!

I have lived many places and my children have had many pediatricians, Dr Madsen is by far the best.

I live about 40 minutes away from the location, I made an appointment for my daughter to get her shots. I arrived and was told that they couldnt do her shots without a well child check up, so they ask me to come back later 4 hours later.. I have 2 jobs, my husband has 2 jobs, our parents work and this day and original time was what worked for pur schedule. She said she "tried getting ahold of me" but that was a lie, no calls no voice mail no email no text of any sort was made to tell me I needed to come back later so indidnt waste my time driving 40 minutes for nothing. She then goes on to say well the fellow who scheduled you shouldnt have with out looking. I get that I completely agree. Maybe he needs better training. I tell her i dont want to drive 40 minutes home than 40 minutes back, she says well go get a cup of coffee. The staff is unorganized, unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time money and schedule. Dr madsen is amazing but I cant be worried about having to reschedule every time I make an appointment. Dr madsen was my mothers dr my dr and i used to be proud to say my daughters dr. I will not be coming back because of the way the old lady treated me, lied to me and just flat out didnt care she wasted my time.

I trust doctor Madsen and appreciate his dedication and cautiousness in taking care of my loved ones.

My baby was super sick and Dr. Madsen eased all of my concerns. Not to mention, he called me well after hours with finished lab work and another time after hours to follow up with a concern that I had. He's a super great Doctor and I appreciate that he went above and beyond his call of duty.

Our eight year old broke her wrist while on vacation, we were referred to Dr. Madsen by family. He was amazing!!! On our first visit her was very thorough, he made sure to follow up after x-rays and made sure we were informed in our daughter's condition and treatment. I am so very thankful to him and his staff. We are so very happy he was our daughter's doctor through her first break, he helped all of us be more at ease (especially my husband and me). Would definitely go to him if I was a local (even considered coming back for the follow up visits). His professionalism and bedside manner with our chlid was exceptional. His patience with us (the parents) was superb.
