Great Dr. My surgery went well.

I personally feel that he unprofessional with his patients, he dose not listen to a patients needs nor dose he actually care about the patient he has little to no communication with his patients and when trying to talk with him he talks over and ignore you. He would rush the appointment and he was extremely rough with me and when I told him that he hurt me he ignored me and continued to keep hurting me, I left hurting worse that I did when I arrived .

After having a family members arm hurt for a couple of weeks she finally made an appt. In hope she was going to be cared for. During her appt it was very clear that my family member couldn’t even lift her arm because of the pain she was in. Then she was just told to do physical therapy, she then asked they order a ct scan and with the results it shows she really has a tear in one of her muscles. It’s very irritating to see a family member in so much pain and local doctors aren’t able to help them. I guess a trip over the mountain will have to be made so something can be resolved. Also the front office staff wasn’t very professional. Very short and rude. When a call was made to see if the dr can go over results the front desk stated that they don’t call their patients about their results and she would have to wait until her appt later this week. MIND YOU SHE IS STILL IN A LOT OF PAIN. Very disappointed with this service. And this is our first probably last time bothering with this office. Try and do better. Also wanted to add that the appt was very rushed and Dr wasn’t very caring or interested in caring for our family member.

Dr. Jensen is not just a doctor, he is a caring and honest person! When I first met Dr. Jensen I was expecting the same treatment I got from the previous Doctors I had visited, which was not much. I literally had one Doctor (in Moab Utah) tell me to diagnose my own ex-ray's and that he doesn't hand out TKR (Total Knee Replacements) like candy canes!!! So naturally with this kind of treatment I wasn't expecting much from High Desert Orthopedics.. WAS I WRONG! The first thing before seeing the doctor I was to get ex rays on both knee's, the ex ray nurse was very friendly and kind and did a through job by taking extensive ex rays of my knees at all angles and positions. Once I was done I met with Dr Jensen and to my surprise he immediately explained that I need both knee's replaced ASAP or I will have serious complications in the near future!! I was not just suprised but SHOCKED to hear this after being treated like trash by the other doctors I visited. Dr. Jensen asked me when I wanted to make my first surgical appointment to have one of my knee's done and I was not just speechless, I was so overwhelmed by this that it took me a week to call back and make the surgery date a real thing! In August of 2022 I had my first knee replacement and it was a BREEZE with the healing process in excellent form, 3 month later Dr Jensen performed a second TKR on my left knee and it is healing in perfect condition as well.. My Pain is gone, I walk and jog, I ride my bicycle 18 miles per day (Weather permitting), and do all any and other activities need be -- Including on Getting On My KNEES) -- with no problems what so ever! Im on my second month of healing on my final knee surgery and it's a God Sending that I was introduced to High Desert Orthopedics and Doctor Jensen!!! Doctor Jensen is not just a Doctor he is a SAINT and a CARING person that is a PRIME EXAMPLE of what Practicing Medicine, Doctoring, and Medical Surgery should be all about. He is a person that cares about everyone that he meets no matter who you are or what your issues are -- He is the type of person that will do everything in his power to make sure you are well and fit! I live in Moab Utah and traveled all the way to Price to have Dr. Jensen do my surgerys. If your in the State of UTAH and need a doctor that cares and is there to help you -- Call High Desert NOW and STOP BEING IN PAIN... God Bless Dr. Jensen!

Dr Jensen did carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands. My hands feel great! I would recommend him to anyone!!

Small town doctor, but big city care. Top notch personalized care, kind bedside manner. Outstanding expertise 👍🏻

Went to this doctor his nurse was very good and kind and explained what she was doing. but he was very unprofessional. Rushed through the appointment and was very rough when working with me. Im in more pain now then before I got there.

Dr. Jensen is the best. He is gentle, concerned, so professional. His staff is similar.

Dr Jensen helped me with a pain in my shoulder. He diagnosed it as a strained biceps muscle. Then gave me a shot for it. Did the whole thing in his office. He I am months lat and still no pain or reinjury.

I highly recommend Dr Jensen and his staff. They are all very personable, professional and highly skilled. He has performed various surgeries on me. I will definitely request his services in the future. He is definitely an asset to our community!
