List of Scott Justesen's Reviews
Dr. Justesen is a great doctor. He takes time with you and explains the condition and options. He is truthful while explaining outcomes. The truth can be hard to hear but he delivers it in a thoughtful manner. I was treated with care and respect. He has an exceptional staff. Everyone there was kind and empathetic.
The entire process, from beginning to end, went extremely well. Dr. Justesen is informative and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options. I felt listened to and more importantly heard. His staff are friendly and caring. I highly recommend Castle Country Orthopedics!
Didn’t listen when my wife said her ankle was messed up. He preformed ORIF surgery on her fibia, which essentially failed. Now she has to go through surgery all over again, not just to fix her broken hardware, but to also fix her ankle!! I gave 1 star to be nice. The way he treated my wife, and spoke to her is incredible! You shouldn’t talk to a patient like that, let alone a woman!!! His nurse is ignorant! Be carful what u talk about behind closed doors, because the nurse will hear and run to the Dr.
First Visit there, I waited over an hour to find out that I had a broken ankle in two places. MRI was done before I went. Dr. Justesen was a very nice man, but over an hour wait and a super short visit and all he kept doing was wanting me to do PT. Second Visit (3mths later) I called because I was still having issues, I asked if I could have another MRI, yes. I drove 120 miles waited another hour, he took an xray walked in and told me that I was fine and needed to go to PT again. PT was mentioned several times. I was literally left with no answers. I'm still having issues. I get a final bill with the second visit which was higher than the first when the Dr only spend literally 5 minutes with me just to tell me I needed PT. I've had neck surgery before so I know I don't need go to PT and can do this at home. I've recently gone to seen Dr. in CO and have found that my ankle has not healed properly and may need surgery. Please spend more time and listen to your patients.
His receptionist scheduled me on a day he wasn’t in. So I showed up and had to reschedule and go back. She argued that I made the mistake..
I really like Dr.Justesen and I would give him 5 stars. However his nurse is constantly rude to me and others!
Dr Justesen is outstanding in every way. Our small community gets the best care by the best doctors. Dr Justesen would be at the top of the list in any community. Excellent ortho!
Dr. Justesen and the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with our son’s broken arm. We did sometimes wait quite a while to be called in to get looked at. That being said, we felt listened to, and had every question answered. Their front desk administrative assistant was especially helpful and warm with her interactions with us. We appreciated their care to our son and we feel that they made our first experience with a broken bone very easy and painless. We are so glad our son is all healed and better! We appreciate Dr. Justesen listening to our concerns and leaving our son’s cast on a bit longer since he is a rambunctious 2nd grader.
I've had a wonderful experience with Dr Justensen. He was exceptionally personable doctor. I appreciated his thoroughness in my surgery and pre/post care . His office is friendly. I would recommend Dr Justensen highly.
Scott is currently caring for my husband who just had surgery on Thursday. Not only is he a great doctor but the fact of him being more personable than alot of other doctors makes him that much better. It truly makes patients so much more comfortable having a doctor that truly cares

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
