I referred my daughter. She called and the secretary is so cold uncaring rude says they're not accepting new patients and hung up on her. That's good you should retire or get a new receptionist I mean the level of care and concern is just overwhelming. That's sarcasm.

I've been going to Dr. Potter for years. He has always been understanding and followed up after my visits to make sure I got the best care. Very knowledgable provider, able to answer my questions and give me the education to help me get better or find those to help me if others were needed.

My wife called in for a simple request to a specialist due to a ongoing condition for my father in law. Spoke to the “secretary”, which I believe is mrs. Potter’s wife, about it and she has no idea about how the medical field works or referrals. The “secretary” needs a lot of extra education. In salt lake, this would have been done immediately over the phone. I don’t know if they need money since it’s a small clinic or they run their clinic different from every other clinic, but this is not how
