I’ve had two surgeries with Dr. Wennegren one emergency and one planned. With both he was amazing. For the planned surgery he sat down with me multiple times beforehand to answer any questions I had. I truly felt comfortable and in good hands with him. Whilst in the hospital after that surgery he came by my room and visited with me each day taking time to sit down and really see how I was. I’ve never had a doctor or surgeon spend as much time with me as Dr. Wennergren. His office staff is amazing and are always happy and helpful. I would 100% and already have recommended him to others.

Dr. Wennergren got me prepped for surgery and assisted Dr. Sheffield with my gallbladder removal. He was very professional and was a great comfort to have at the hospital

Seriously one of the best surgeons I have had... and I have had A LOT. He was so caring and has excellent bedside manner. He took his time to explain everything and is obviously very skilled. I called the office and HE got on the phone with me not just one of the nurses or assistants. I have NEVER in my life had another doctor actually take the time to talk to me on the phone. I’m very impressed

Dr. Wennegrens bedside manner left a lot to be desired. I was working with him to get bariatric surgery. He was rude and berating from my first visit shaming me for how overweight I was for my age and then when I was emotional said to me I dont understand why youre crying. He was not clear on his expectations of what I needed to do before scheduling the surgery and after six months of doing what I thought I needed to do he added on more requirements that he claimed I had always been informed of. After all of that after I had done everything hed asked he backed out of doing my surgery because he felt that we werent a good fit. Overall very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to a single person.

planning bariatric surgery Dr. Wennergren and his staff have been very helpful with the whole process. he is very up front and tells you what his expectations are.. his staff is very discrete when their discussing billing with you or others. and are very friendly.. would reccomend him to others needed a biatric surgeon or a general surgeon for your surgery needs..

At an out of town patient who needed emergency surgery Dr. Wennergren treated me with the greatest of care as if I was a long term patient. He was detailed in his explanations to where we could understand the procedure. More than impressed and thankful for Dr. Wennergren. Highly recommend 5+
