We had an appointment today, August 2 and only 1 of 7 personnel we could see in the office were wearing masks. Provo is a high transmission area. I am at high risk. The receptionist when asked said if vaccinated masks were not needed. This is contrary to CDC guidlines which read: "To reduce the risk of being infected with the Delta variant and possibly spreading it to others, wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission." We cancelled the appointment and will not return.

Am a 68 yr. old man who has worn glasses since he was 5 yrs old. This year, I developed cataracts in both eyes complicated with astigmatism. Dr. Schmutz and his team accurately diagnosed, analyzed, and performed cataract surgery on both eyes and corrected my vision to 20/20. Quite remarkable in that the corrections needed were done right the first time...in each eye! Loved the professional, and thorough care. His assistant Korey also was exceptional too even to the point of working with a injured wrist. THANK YOU SO MUCH. best wishes, Michael McCartney
